Everything was perfect. Food was extremely tasty and you want to visit again while you are enjoying it. It’s expensive but the portion was good so it was a good value. I will definitly come back again. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Our dinner at Berners Tavern exceeded all expectations. The venue is truly stunning, very groovy, very interesting crowd (so terrific for people-watching) and the food was delicious! The staff were exceptional, so friendly and very knowledgeable about their dishes and their wines. We had such a special evening here, will definitely be back! MoreOpenTable Diner -

My family and I went to the Carrington Arms for the first time on Sunday. From the second we walked in the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and the service was excellent. The food was top quality and the desserts to die for. Would highly recommend this place. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Given a warm and cheerful welcome by Steph the landlady. Then shown through to the dining room which has a very comfortable feel and plenty of space around the tables. Service was good and well paced so that we were neither rushed nor kept waiting. I had the poached pear and smoked duck starter which was delicious particularly with the pomegranate seeds. Main course was filet mignon of pork and parmentier potatoes. This was raised to a new level by the maple and whole grain mustard gravy. Steph was good enough to explain how the gravy was made and our subsequent home attempt was pretty tasty although not on the same level. Desert and coffee rounded off a very pleasant evening and we will certainly be returning. MoreOpenTable Diner -
