By far the best restaurant in Palm Beach. The stuffed squash blossoms (with shrimp) and the tuna shasimi are great appetizers. Their pastas are to dies for, especially the sweet corn angilotti.
Seems like Buccan has peaked and is more of an early bird dinning experience.
Last two times we dined here was empty by 9-9:30
Food is getting tired and the menu needs to be updated
It is certainly great for the first two times thereafter the excitement is gone
We do hope the chef will be more creative as to make our next visit a bit more exciting

The food was really excellent. Four of us had dinner at 5:30 and it started out fairly
Quiet, but by the time we got our entrees, we couldn’t hear other without shouting.

There is wood on the floor, no tablecloths and no draperies. I think it would help
Immensely just to aff cloth tablecloths to absorb some of the noise.

Amazing experience top to bottom. Our waiter, Steve, was fantastic! We let him do all the menu selections and we had the best meal! We tried so many things but didn’t leave uncomfortably full. Was the perfect amount and so much fun as we didn’t know what was coming next. Everything was amazing, including some off-the-menu bites. The atmosphere is energetic, yet intimate. Great for groups but also perfect for a date. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Buccan is every bit as good as I had heard! the Brussels Sprouts Caesar was out of his world.

I went to Buccan in a Monday night to have dinner with my friend. We shared she tuna and steak tartare as appetizers and then we continue with a bunch of small plates. The Brussels sprouts caesar salad was terrific and the corn agnolotti as well! Our waiter, Sebastian was amazing and he provide us the best service we could possibly have. We got a bottle of wine since that had 50% off for all the bottles of wine or sampagne every Monday night. Overall, we had such a great night, the food and atmosphere was outstanding! definitely recommend the place to anyone. This is our new favorite restaurant in West Palm Beach.
