Our Chef’s Counter provides a unique and highly interactive opportunity for guests to experience firsthand how each dish is created and executed in a dynamic atmosphere. Overlooking the open kitchen, those seated at the Chef’s Counter will enjoy an exclusive, ever-changing menu made with fresh, seasonal ingredients and served personally by Buca’s innovative and talented chefs.

Our tasting menu, composed of a series of small dishes is curated daily by our chefs, using hand-selected seasonal ingredients.
