Noise was ridiculous. Service sucked. Our waitress spent her time with a nearby table of screaming bridesmaids. We had to ask for everything two or three times. She never offered refills. Food was ehh. Definitely not worth the price paid.
Me and my boyfriend well now fiancé just got engaged and we were celebrating with a night in Atlantic City and wanted really good home style Italian food but didn’t want to spend and outrageous amount of money for nothing , Bocca de Peppo was amazing the food was amazing huge portions and great service and it didn’t hurt the bank I can’t wait to go back!
Great service the food was excellent and our waiter Tom deserves 5 stars
Very good Italian food. Plenty left over to take home. Great staff and service!
Buca's breakfast selections are excellent as well as the taste and service. For dinner my wife and I had the best chicken parm ever and service was exceptional. The decor is impressive and comfortable and the background music perfect for added enjoyment. We are fans of Buca's from this our first visit forward. We will definitly go back for the reasons mentioned and esp. the chicken parm and server Thom.
The server was very attentive, the food was good and the atmosphere was great. You can’t go anywhere and feed 5 ppl for $80 plus tip. Huge portions so be prepared to take some home or bring a crowd.
My husband and I generally love the food here. We came to Atlantic City to celebrate my husband's birthday, and Buca was our intended dining venue. We ordered from the couples menu, which offered I great variety of selections. We both agreed that the Chicken Marsala was a bit on the bland side, and the Tiramisu was dry, although plentiful. The cheese-filled manicotti was delicious, the, apple, walnut, gorgonzola salad was FANTASTIC, and you can't go wrong with the fried mozzarella. Service was extremely slow, even though there were only about 10-12 tables of people. There were two tables that were seated after us, but were in and out before our server brought our dessert, boxed food, or check. In spite of that, I'm sure we'll return at some point.
our family loves Bucca everytime we stay at Ballys eating at Bucca is a must.
Food was good, service was tremendous. Waiter knew everything about the menu and was polite and helpful. Food came out in a timely manner.
Drove to AC from philadelphia for a birthday celebration. It seemed odd that the birthday offer no longer had the cake and was only $15.00 off and that the general email offer was $20.00. However the restaurant refuses the coupons and found that a side of pasta would no longer be $10.00 but was now a plate for $20.00.
The owner of Buca put out a you tube video about all the great exciting new offers coming this year. Turns out it’s a bunch of lies.
Refuses to be ripped off and left, did not place order. Never did that before in my life.
That’s it for our going there.
The just put out a new menu with much higher prices. For dinner I had ravioli, but couldn't get a side salad with my meal. Had to pay $19.99 for a full size salad, enough for 20 rabbits to eat! Also, I had a $20 off coupon that they REFUSED to honor. The manager said the owner (the Atlantic City location is a franchisee) decided not to honor that coupon that was put out by corporate. Last time I every go to Buca, food is average, prices too high, and management and ownership suck!
I have been to this establishment numerous times, but this time I was very disappointed. The food just didn’t taste as good as in the past. The antipasto salad didn’t come with enough dressing, the fried mozzarella came as small triangles without enough marinara sauce (it used to come as larger chunks tossed in lots of marinara sauce), the eggplant Parmesan was mushy and the pasta in the lasagna was so overcooked that it was practically paste. My hopes are that I caught them on a bad day. When I brought my disappointment to the manager about the lasagna, his response was that there was nothing he could do because the food was already served. Not good customer service!, Its going to be a long time before I consider going back, at least to that location. Over the years, I have always been impressed with the chain’s consistency.
Food was horrible and not worth the price, couldn’t even finish it. Would not recommend this restaurant.
Great food, huge portions. A good value for the price.
Everything was amazing!!! From the appetizers which was the trio the fries Mozzarella calamari and spicy shrimp to dinner which was the shrimp Florentine to dessert which was the brownie sundae and everything was way more food then me and my husband could finish!!
