Went to celebrate a special occasion. The staff was very attentive, prompt, and fun! The food was delicious! We got the Lasagne and Cesar salad with the mini meatballs appetizer. Very very very very very very tasty. Had a very good experience. We will go back again!
We enjoy the salad , bread ,and family size portions. With a large family it makes it easy to feed everyone and have a good time.
A friend and I decided to try and experience a new place to eat in Augusta. We were looking for a slightly nice restaurant, but nothing too fancy. Instead, the restaurant was literally just a mall shop. The food wasn't very good, the service was mediocre, and the ambiance was alright. For the cost of going there, I would have rather had spent the night making a nice meal and eating in. The restaurant also claimed I did not honor my reservation, and I had to get in contact with Opentable and include a copy of my receipt. Will not return.
Hostess seemed frazzled when we arrived with res. Chicken rigatoni inedibly spicy...told server and manager. Manager said entire dish only had 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, but had at least 4 times that much. Did not offer to comp. Server left dishes on table which made dessert difficult. Wanted to like this-
We had the lasagna special. The large portion was more than enough for 4. We were well pleased with the service that we received.
Our server John was excellent, even though he manned the bar and waited on us as well, very prompt and checked on us regularly and that was a busy night
Our experience was very enjoyable. We came for our 10th Anniversary and had a great time. We loved looking at all the pictures on the walls and even noticed a picture with our last name! The food came and to our surprise, was such a large portion that we ended up getting a box at the end. The food was delicious. We had the chicken carbonara which is my husbands favorite dish. Emily was our server, and she was very sweet and attentive. We enjoyed everything about our visit and will be returning again.
I went here with my wife for the first time for my birthday had a coupon for 20$ off. The olive oil that they put balsamic vinegar in has no taste (low quality) should add roasted garlic. The bread that comes with nice and fresh and was good. We got the veal parmigiana for two 26$ first it is 3 small pieces of veal and it was not tender at all, don't know if it was poor quality or over cooked or not prepared correctly. we also got the pasta marinara which is pasta noodle with tomato sauce which was not bad; but lacked flavor for the price of 15$ no garlic or herbs in the sauce basil or oregano. I would recommend going to Giuseppe's or Garlic clove or Macaroni grill before coming here maybe the other pasta dishes are better but the prices seem too high to retry. Quality needs great improvement for price to be justified.
Food was delicious. Room was extremely cold. Felt good to get back outside in the heat! We were told the room we were in had a thermostat by itself. Asked the waitress to make it warmer twice. Both times the air stopped for a short time then came back on.
The restaurant was not busy. We were seated at our reservation time. After about 10 minutes, I finally went to the hostess to inform her that we had yet to be greeted by a server. Finally, someone came, a frazzled, surprised-to-be-reassigned, lady greeted us. We ordered drinks and waited again. My mother requested SweetnLow for her tea and waited again, even after asking 3 times to remind her. A couple of gentlemen were seated next to us and encountered the same problem (I was a little miffed when i overheard their waittress treat them to a free appetizer bc of their wait). Our food was not that great. Took a horribly long time to receive. The pasta was dry but the prosciutto chicken was very tasty. I spent $65 and had the quality of mcdonalds. Not happy at all.
