BUA Thai & Sushi
Have been to BAU Thai multiple times. It's always been a good place for lunch. Although it is not the best Thai food in Atlanta, it is nonetheless, very satisfying. I recommend it for a quick good lunch. Maybe I try it for dinner sometime.
The Tom Yum soup was excellent! Service as always was great, highly recommend!
Overall great! The waitress was nice, but the busser who brought my food kind of threw my plate at me and just walked away. Very weird. Pad Thai was also too sweet. Liked the fried veggie rolls thought!
Love Bua Thai. The food is delicious every time. They have the best panang curry in all of Atlanta.
The coconut soup was amazing. The appetizer selection was very nice, the vegetable rolls were perfect. Wine selection was good and service was excellent.
Always the best service and food
Always a Great expirence!! You can carry a conversation on inside or out. Perfect viberant atmosphere without being to loud. FreshRolls are the BEST!!
Service, food, drinks and wine where amazing!!!
Love the coconut soup
Had another great meal! We really live the Thai Basil Rolls and Lotus Dumplings.
The prices are a little high ($4 for a side of brown rice?), but the food quality is excellent.
Food quality very mediocre. Not really Thai food. It’s been Americanized.
Was a little nervous about choosing this place because of all the negative comments about service. Happy to say I was pleasantly surprised that we had AMAZING service from our server Pony. She was very attentive and never missed a beat. Our food was fabulous. The Thai basil rolls were some of the best I have ever had.
Food was outstanding however from the moment we sat down our service was awful. We had to finally ask someone to wait on us and our sever was not personable at all and almost best described as dismissive. I would go back as food was awesome but would probably sit at the bar.
Everything about this place is amazing. The food, the ambiance and the service. Our waitress, Pony, was great. She made sure we were taken care of, and took the time to a place the various items on the menu for us, with recommendations.
In a food area:) good food, fun place. We got the pad Thai which was ok. Sushi ordering was done in a separate menu. Which I thought was odd and complex. The sushi menu is very basic. Drinks were delicious tho
Delicious!! Beautiful presentation!!
They were short-staffed with a little rush of customers, so 3 different people waited on us. You would think we would have been neglected or had wait a long time, but we had excellent service. What great teamwork! Will definitely go back! Thank you BUA Thai!
Food was pretty good but not mind blowing. Small portions for the cost. Calamari was not good but everything else was tasty
Great Thai food, enjoyed the meal. The cocktails were very good too.
Loved the menu choices and the food was good. Service was lacking but they were very friendly.
Tremendous food and service!
Cute early dinner
Thanks for the great service and delicious food
Awesome, as usual.
Always a great experience.
Pleasant atmosphere- friendly service, nice food. Reliable but nothing super special. We enjoyed our meal.
One of my favorite restaurants. Always delicious, fresh and hot food. I eat there 4-5 times per month. You will not be disappointed! CT
Bua has been our favorite restaurant for years! You can't go wrong with any menu item and staff is always kind and helpful.
Food was good, but not good value. Portions were small and one of the sushi rolls wasn't fresh. Cocktails looked interesting. Draft beers were available as well, which is a plus.
Food was quick which was good. Food tasted like a standard “Asian” fare with basic brown sauce. Nothing special. My daughter’s pad Thai was super sweet. We didn’t order a dessert. Tom Kha soup was good. What ruined it for us was we ordered champagne for my wife... it was old/spoiled. If they don’t pay attention to something simple like this, what are they paying attention to in their ingredients?! We won’t be back.
Once service improves then I could send a friend. The food is tasty but be careful of the spice level even a 1 depending on hot level type can be too hot. I get a 1.5 and that's a very light 1.5. Get there early enough a bit more quiet and service is better.
everyone was pleased with their appetizers and meals
We would like to thank you for your valuable feedback, we appreciate the compliment. We look forward to serving you soon :)
Americanized menu overall, no sticky rice, if you must try it order the fish with three flavors - hard to find this dish outside of thailand so it's a slightly redeeming dish.
Our server was very nice. However the appetizers were heavy on the fish sauce and not enough herbs. Flavor was definitely missing from most appetizers. The maki roll was not spicy as described. We ordered several entriees. The shrimp was very disappointing. Flavor and quantity. For those prices, there should be enough to go.
The mixed drinks were returned ... watered down. Went with beer instead. Wine selections could be more robust to match Thai food. Overall a good try but pass for the future.
Always love the food at Bua.
The restaurant and food were good (to me). The service was just okay. All in all, not excellent by any means, but we had a mildly satisfactory experience overall.
Food is amazing! Ying is awesome and the best!
