The service was poor. I mistakenly thought that going to a nice restaurant near epic Bryant Park would be fabulous and the service would match. However, the server was not pleasant, we felt rushed and it was disappointing all around (in regards to service). We had an 8 o'clock reservation and arrived on time, or 5 minutes early. We were seated quickly and began our dining experience. But the server was so rude and off putting. Even when I asked for the bathroom, one of the servers did not even turn around to speak with me. Made me think that they did not like our presence. The hostess was great, and the food was good. But you interact with the servers more often then note and I was not pleased, personally.
Everything was excellent except for menu entree options.
Important client enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food was excellent. Venues like this make the business part of things super easy!
The servers were attentive and the meal was delicious.
We enjoyed our food very much. Great lunch and short walk to theater. Right in Bryant Park-always a pleasure. Service was good. It’s nice to be indoors but almost outdoors with all the windows.
Went for Sunday brunch, ate in the outdoor tented area which was much less noisy than inside, and just as warm. Food was great, service terrific. Would definitely recommend for brunch...looking forward to trying it for other reasons.
was able to make a last minute reservation for Sunday brunch for a party of 5, and everything was great. Our server, Andrew, was patient, accomodating and professional. Highly recommend.
Brunch was outstanding. If you want a quieter brunch, make a reservation for 11:30 or earlier. We noticed that the bulk of the crowd arrived after noon.
We wanted something to celebrate our last night in NY. It ticked the boxes....America menu, fun location. The waitress was very helpful with advice, including GF. Pork chops were delicious as was the apple pie. Would recommend for a traditional, not too trendy night out.
Dinner before an 8:00 show. We sat in the gorgeous and festive holiday tent which was surprisingly warm and cozy on a frigid night. Wonderful ambiance, food was spectacular.
