Cajun Colorado Rib Steak
The food was delicious, and the waiters were very attentive. Will come back!
Great food Our waiter was terrible. Miaitre downright rude We drove 45 minutes for anniversary terrible
Bill at the bar is a staple at this place! Best of the best!
Steak was great , service not so much. The waiter hovered over me as I payed the check .
Great service.. Amazing place for a well cooked meal.
Consistently excellent food and service.
This is a great restaurant. Old school service, wonderful expansive menu, great food and sophisticated ambiance. I will be returning.
Best steakhouse on long Island. Consistently great. We went on a Saturday night early and the place was packed so the service was eh. Drinks and bread came fast then they forgot about us. Once our order was taken the meal was served in a professional manner. The tables were EXTREMELY close. As in they couldn't be closer. In these times that is not acceptable. There are a few tables in the bar area.on a crowded night that's a better choice. Next time I would go midweek.
Always a great meal. Never are we disappointed
As always the food is excellent. This was my first time back to the restaurant since Covid. I read the Covid guidelines on line before booking, but was disappointed that the adjustments referenced such as tables spacing and servers all wearing masks were simply not true.
Tables were literally on top of one another and no employee that I observed was wearing a mask. Not one.
Love the food and generally the clubby vibe- but won’t be back for a while due to the lack of safety protocol that I observed. Many other high end restaurants seem to take safety far more seriously than B&C. Unfortunate .
Date night with my hubby! One of our favorite places! Sat at the bar. Amazing food and drinks! Waiters are always amazing!
the quality of the food was superb and the taste was unbelievable. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Good food and good service. Was pleased with my experience
over crowded and tables too closes together.
good good but not spectacular
The waiter was the worst I have ever experienced in all of my dining at Bryant and Cooper. He was obnoxious, rude and unprofessional.
My buddy and I share a Birthday of 9/26. We always go for a celebratory meal. It was always lunch but this year we decided to make it dinner at your place. This will now be the tradition. Love the place. Love the food. Thank you kindly.
Great steak lunch
Love the Cajun Steak
It’s been 6 years since I left LI. Coming back for one meal was a real pleasure. I had two favorites I can’t get out west. The grilled swordfish and lobster cocktail were sublime. It was like coming home after a long trip.
Excellent food and service as always.
The food and service were great.
Food was amazing we had the porterhouse and lamb chops perfectly cooked ! Sides was very good hash browns very yummy
Very noisy and tables close together. Food and service excellent!
Amazing service topped by better foid
The cajun Ribeye is a must try
Great food, service, atmosphere.
Everything Was Awesome.
As expected, the food is simply prepared from the freshest, top-quality ingredients and served professionally. This restaurant is everything you want if you are looking for a tier-one steakhouse. We started out with cocktails and a half-order of their french fried onion strings to nibble on while looking over the menu. My wife and I both had salads followed by the 10oz. fillet mignon which were cooked to perfection and delicious. Since I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy our sides were the sauteed spinach and the corn (that's how we got to celebrate our 54th anniversary). Dessert was a piece of their banana cream pie (my choice).
This is one best places for steaks in NY.
Much better than Peter Lugers! Bravo!
The food was delicious there are many steak houses in that area of great neck in Roslyn but this by far is my favorite. Fresh delicious food and wonderful service
Been here many times and one of our favorites. But last night was horrible! The steak was chewy! I ate the Colorado rib which was
Big disappointment. Can’t get a table for 2 without being on top of another table. Nothing about your conversation is private and the closeness to other tables is downright awkward. Steak was unseasoned and filet not tender or flavorful. Hash browns not crispy. Super expensive. Only bright spot was the tuna tartare- up there with best I’ve had. Unfortunately, not good enough for return visit.
Great food and service. Too noisy!
Had a great meal service was perfect and my son had a great birthday
Our salads were wilted and tiny and came out wrong three times
When the bus boys give you better service than the waiters there is a problem
Also when you ask how much the 4 lb lobster is and they say $ 95 dollars and the bill says $ 125 that’s a problem too
Service was TERRIBLE
We had to serve ourselves they just threw the food on the table —are we at a diner ? I think not !
One more chance and then I will never go back.
Get your act together for the prices
You charge & get some trained staff !
I have frequented this place for over 30 years. i stopped going for several years as it became to much "the place to be seen".
this is however the first time that i had a bad experience there.
i understand sat is the night out but they are so busy that quality drops. i reccomend going weekdays
there were 2 main complaints
1- we love their mix of fried onions and home made chips. there were hardly any chips on the plate and those that were were very rubbery, hard to chew. i told the waiter to please bring new order. we got the same order that was reheated! even worse than before. we never saw the waiter again to have it reconciled!
2- i enjoy filet mignon. there is only one listed on the menu at $58 for 10oz. i dont eat that much and asked if they had a "petite" fillet. the waiter assured me that there is. When the bill came i was charged $58 for the fillet . i pointed it out to the waiter and was told thats the only filet they have and at 10oz he considered "petite". generally a petite portion is 6 to 8 oz!! i was too frustrated at this point to argue but felt it was very wrong! i had never ever seen something like that anywhere. had i been told we only ave 1 size i wouldnt have ordered that.
When we left it was raining very hard. the valet brought up the car but offered no umbrella. At these prices you would expect to see more professional and courteous service. it will be a while before returning, and not on a sat night
Great food, service and ambiance.
Jam packed on a Thursday night, great for the business owners, not great for a Covid. Tables are butted up against each other.
We were a party of 5, after waiting in the lobby for 20 min, they sat us and our table had a leak that was coming from the ceiling. They moved us to a new table after a few min.
The food is good, cocktails are not made professionally, perhaps they can’t handle the amount of orders coming in.
The staff is your typical steak house staff.
Very disappointing experience - food was sub par, considering the prices. But the worst part was that after specifically requesting a birthday candle on the dessert , the dessert was brought out without one… how awful did my guest feel when people around him were being sung “Happy Birthday” and his was not acknowledged. After noting this to the server, his response was non-apologetic in that he “was not told” about the birthday and he brought out a dish of half-melted ice cream with a candle to “make up” for the omission. The bill was not adjusted to grant us free dessert or drinks, as would normally be the case when a restaurant screws up… and it was a fortune! This, as many other NY steakhouses, rely solely on their legacy and make little effort to please their customers ( Peter Luger is even worse, which is why I did not choose to go there). The days of “good ole boys” business dinners have waned and there are plenty of other culinary options that are less expensive, with much better food and service. My guest remarked the same - his steak was not good and he lamented that the place seriously “went down” - he is a local. Never again!
