Food was very good. Unfortunately my wife ordered filet medium and I ordered the prime rib medium rare. And of course they were reversed. This has happened to us twice before at other premium steak houses. That is the reason for the 4 stars instead of five. We don't return food so we ate it. Fortunately I'm flexible as long as the meat isn't well done. But let me tell you that prime rib was delicious. It was on the bone which makes a huge difference in my opinion. The filet was very good also. The hash browns and creamed spinach were awesome as well. We had the key lime pie and it was nearly as good as Joe's Stone Crab in Miami which is the best. And the service was excellent. All in all a great special occasion place to celebrate.

Very disappointed We ordered the steak for 2 medium rare. The steak looked like it was reheated. Unevenly cooked. Baked potatoes were over cooked, skins were inedible hard as a rock. The best part of our meal was the asparagus. Sad state of affairs when the vegetables are the highlight of the meal! Will not be back

April 9, 2023 Very disappointing! We were escorted to our table. There were about 15 waiters along the back of the room near the kitchen talking loud and laughing most were speaking another language… couldn’t understand them. The tables are fairly close and there are columns around the restaurant which looked terrible. Ambiance not so elegant for those type of prices. I didn’t even know there were specials as this was my first visit there. I only found out after the table next to ours was being told the specials. My husband ordered the porterhouse steak for 2 ($72 x 2) and I had filet Mignon (both rather ordinary), mashed potatoes (very good) and the asparagus (also good). My medium filet came out medium rare. No problem, they took it back and it came back perfect. We had 2 amaretto sours. My husband enjoyed the rice pudding and I had the banana cream pie which was really good. Will we be going back? No, the dinner cost us almost $400 and it was nothing exceptional. We’ll stick with Morton’s.

NYC steak house vibes in Long Island. I've been to all the "must visit" steakhouse in NYC and this right up there. Had the porterhouse for two with a side of mashed potatoes, mushrooms and asparagus. Sides will split for two perfectly order accordingly. Steak was cooked perfect. Drinks were mediocre and not anything to write home about but the pinot noir we had was delicious. Definetly on the cozier and thus noisier side of places I've been. Valet parking was convenient also. Don't hesitate to try to place out was great.

As two woman celebrating our birthdays, as soon as we walked to the host stand I felt unwelcomed. Our waiter did not make our experience much better. He was not very attentive and was a bit unpleasant. They best service I received was from the valet. I have frequent many high end steakhouses in the past and have never been treated less then for being a woman. I can say with confidence I will not be back and will bring my business to the steakhouses that appreciate my business even though I am a woman

We did have to wait for the reservation, but once we sat down in the cutest corner by the bar, it just got better and better from there. The food is amazing, always cooked perfectly. We had stone crab claws, porterhouse, ribeye, creamed spinach, and of course the fries, lots of drinks all made for a perfect night.

We celebrate my husband's birthday every year with Bryant & Cooper. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable. The restaurant was quite crowded and our table was quite close to the couple next to us but we still enjoyed our time. Looking forward to having dinner again soon!

This is my 4th or 5th visit in the past year and food and service was excellent as always. The melon with prosciutto is excellent as always. The seafood tower superbly arranged and offers sufficient quantity for 4 if you plan to eat a three course meal. The filet mignon, sirloin steak, swordfish and salmon were prepared equally well. With sides offered family style for lunch entrees and excellent value. I wonder if they offer to refill the sides? Only minor service overlook was our need to request a refilling of water a second time. The desserts we ordered, key lime pie, cheese cake and fresh berries were delightful and rounded out the meal well. Valet parking is extremely professional no need for claim tickets they remember you when you come out of the restaurant. Remarkable considering the number of guests dining. If you are looking for an energetic steak house dining experience with superlative menu options, Bryant & Cooper certainly lives up to its 6 star rating for hospitality, surely to impress you and your guests.
