Bru Burger - Cincinnati
Bru Burger serves Creekstone burger products, which are Halal certified.
Went to grab a bite here before a concert in town. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice for this casual, slightly upscale restaurant. Not the best burger I've every had, but certainly great food for the money. I'd go back there if I was coming into town before a game.
Okay burger place. Burgers were good but certainly no “wow” experience. Onion rings were over-breaded and kind of bland without the accompanying sauce.
Beer selection was excellent.
Service was excellent. Very busy pre-Reds game but no problem what so ever.
Restaurant is conveniently located along the Connector line, so very convenient to get down to GABP.
Not bad but really can't think of a reason to go back.
Burger was very good and perfectly made to order. Lunch was busy but the service was good as well.
Server was nice, friendly, and fun. Drinks were great!
Red, our server, was awesome! Can’t give him enough compliments! Great food, fun atmosphere. Love Bru Burger!
Fabulous lunch with some friends. Great Food, Great service, and an awesome atmosphere!
Second trip to Bru Burger in Cincy, which boasts a wonderful and varied menu for vegetarians! We ordered the quinoa salad and the black bean burger (made in-house). Delicious. Great beer selections too!
Excellent food and service the onion rings are amazing !!
Everything was cooked perfectly- I don’t like much pink in the burger, and it was browned but still juicy (I got the New Yorker with a little pastrami & slaw on it).
The onion rings I shared with my daughter were addictive, along with their house-made ketchup. Yum!
Food was greasy and bland. waiter was inattentive but shared he was simply mellow. Wont be back
The BRU Burger was delicious. However, the fries had no body and could definitely use some work.
We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation but we were still seated immediately. Our server, Red, was great. He answered all our questions and was patient with us until we were ready to order. Red immediately noticed when one of our plates was missing the fries we had ordered, and he brought them right out. We will be back!
Two out of three people received the wrong sides. They were corrected. I also received the wrong type of iced tea.
We had a great meal. I would definitely go back again.
Great place to grab dinner before seeing a show at the Aronoff Center across the street. It was a beautiful evening, so we sat on the patio and enjoyed the energy of the city. If you're looking for a recommendation, my favorite burger on the menu is the Garlic Three Cheese Burger!
Food was delicious. The service was great. A new server was being trained and he did a fantastic job. Definitely will eat there again.
The valencia salad was very good. I would recommend getting grilled chicken with it. Environment was chill and had a cool outdoor area. Would recommend going there in a group.
All three of us who had burgers were sick for 24 hrs afterwards! Do not eat there
Great, quick meal after an Aranoff show. Bit disappointed in the service. Asked twice for a glass of merlot and am still waiting....
Always been happy at this place. A server mixup meant it took an extra few minutes to take our drink order ... so they came back and apologized and gave them to us free!
Service and food very good. Great place to stop and have a quick dinner before going to Aronoff Center!
Service was excellent! This was our second time dining there. The first time we thought the burgers were great. This time, not so much. My friend ordered the Memohis pulled pork sandwich. She said it was so tough she couldn’t eat it and sent it back. She ordered a burger, cooked medium, and it was almost raw. Our waiter, Timothy, agreed it was definitely not medium and took it back. She received another burger that was fine. She is not a picky person. This all happened before the dinner rush as we were headed to a show. It could have just been an off night and we will give them another try. Again, our waiter, Timothy, was excellent! He was very understanding and very accommodating.
Very good food. Nice burgers. Very generous charcuterie board. It’s our pre-theater stop and we love it.
Our server Matthan was very attentive and personable.
This was my first visit to Bru Burger and it was very good. The food was excellent and the service was amazing.
Had a great dinner. Our waiter Timothy was awesome!
Food was good, service was a little slow but friendly.
Food was excellent and delivered very quickly once the waitress put in our order. BUT, the time it took her to even approach our table and then to get our check at the end of the meal was absolutely ridiculous! I had to go to the host stand to point out our server hadn't even been to greet us since we were seated over 10 minutes ago! Getting the check was just about the same. This was all after I had indicated we were going to see a play at the Aranoff! Sorry to say the service was so horrible we will likely not be back.
Stopped in for dinner before a show at the Aronoff with my mother. First time she had been to Bru Burger. She throughly enjoy the meal, burger cooked to her specifications, and she enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant.
We had reservations for 7:15 but we about 45 minutes early and they seated us right away. This was our first time and the burgers were excellent and well worth the price. Highly recommend Bru Burger for your Cincinnati burger fix!
Really enjoyed it, food for most every palette.
Great food and excellent service ! Nice ambiance as well!
Very nice restaurant for casual family friendly dining
The service was great! We had our food out to us in impeccable time and everything tasted delicious! Would recommend going here for a great burger and fries!
We had a 5:00 reservation, but got caught in traffic on the way north; stopped at times, or barely moving. I called the restaurant to say we were not going to arrive at 5:00, but the receptionist was very polite and said she would note we would be late. We didn't arrive until 5:30 and was pleased that we were seated in the patio section. Our server took our drink order and our food order within minutes.
Unfortunately, our food wasn't delivered until after 6:15 -- and we were starting to panic as we had tickets for the 6:30 show (but we did not complain as we arrived late.) We asked if the server could go ahead and get our bill ready -- and were told it was on the house due to the wait. We were not expecting that.
Yes, I would recommend Bru Burger. We always have good service and food, and this time was no exception! Thank you for your thoughtfulness!
We were a little bit disappointed with Bru this visit. The burger was a little overcooked, some of the fries were burned, the size and quality of the fries were poor, and the service was not great. We know that restaurants are often struggle on Sundays. Maybe Bru should not open on Sunday since there is a quality drop off.
We have never had a bad experience at Bru Burger and this time was no exception. Great service and food!!!
