The service was excellent. The food was just okay. I really liked my won ton soup; my companion liked his spring rolls. The meat in my beef and green beans tasted artificial. 👅😖

My wife had the wonton noodle soup and it was very good. I had the crispy noodle seafood dish and it was not very good. The noodles looked like potato or rice cakes. Very little seafood (one scallop, 3 shrimp and bits of squid). Usually, their food is very good. However, this one should be avoided. Other food is good. Next time, I will try something else.

In one word DISAPPOINTING. In every way...so sad. Went to the place with high expectations because of all the great reviews. The food was just so so, service meh. I think the place is too overrated. I'll be going back to my fav viet place for the next few days to make up for this super bad experience.

As much as I love Pho, there is much more to Vietnamese food than the Pho Shops. If you want to explore Vietnamese beyond Pho, this is the place to go. The hardest part of the meal was deciding which dishes we were going to get. Our waiter was extremely helpful by walking us through the menu and giving us recommendations. I was impressed with the waiters familiarity with the menu and his willingness to help us.

I am not sure what this house/restaurant used to be but it definitely looks like it is medieval. It has a very nice upscale ambience, not what I would typically expect. It was a nice surprise.

The food was wonderfully presented and it all tasted great. My favorite was the Hanoi Noodles along with the sausage spring rolls (Nem Nuong) and the Banh khot. The best part was when I got the check, it didn't cost a fortune. Next time I am in the area, this is at the top of my list.

we did not get to eat from the banquet menu but we took the suggestion from the waiter to order the dishes separately and it was worth it. This was my first time to eat here and I will be back if I am in the area. I love the crunchy spring rolls and the beef salad. I would recommend this restaurant to others. The service was good and the overall ambience was really nice.

The appetizers were very good as well as the green mung bean drink (đậu xanh lá dứa). Unfortunately the duck and bamboo shoot soup (bún măng vịt) was not. The broth didn't have the flavor of that kind of soup. It tasted like the broth from another soup (riêu cua)

We had several appetizers and shared a bowl of wonton soup. Everything was delicious, chicken satay, duck with sweet bun, crepe and fresh shrimp spring rolls.
Excellent service was provided by Duc, he was friendly, polite and professional.

Very disappointed after all of the hype. Dishes, including the spring rolls were nothing unusual and indeed, quite chewy in texture as if they had been sitting around all day. I would not go back.

This is our "go to" place for Vietnamese food with a French influence. We have tried so may menu items and have never been disappointed. The price and overall value is hard to beat. We plan on going there frequently whenever we are in the mood for Asian food. Excellent drinks as well.

We were short in time and there were 8 of us. Reading the reviews that it can be slow in between courses I was honest and told our server we needed to be out by 7. The server told us which dishes would be good for family style which made ordering easy. All the food was fresh and delicious. We were out of there by 7 with full stomachs. The server suggested the right amount of food.

Still the best spot in Little Saigon. Extensive menu of vietnamese and French influenced cuisine. Service was A+ and the prices are very reasonable. Brodard Chateau is beautiful and cozy.

Very loud, surprisingly so for its ambience, but likely because it was the weekend of Chinese New Year. I've been here many times, the food is ok, the prices could be better, but I accept that there's a markup for the environment, and we didn't even get that. The drinks are extremely watery. The restaurant was so much better years ago.

The hostess took quite sometime before greeting us when we arrived. We asked for a quiet table, but were seated in a room with several large parties, which were quite noisy, and also near a service entrance. That said, our waiter was polite, told us our meal was delayed due to be busy, and kept water glasses filled. Food was fine, but the meat slices were very large, and of course there is no knife given to you, so we made due with what we had. Did not order drinks or desserts as we needed to get out of the noisy restaurant to converse. I would recommend only with reservations as to the issues we encountered.
