Broadway Grill Ratings and Reviews
The food didn’t come out at the same time. My 10 year old son’s pizza came out last. When i asked our waitor about it he replied (rudely),”well the rest of the food is here.” So i assume that he expected us to all stuff our faces while my son sat there waiting for his pizza.
Food was delicious! We split the field greens salad and I had the prime rib, baked potato with the goodies. Hubby had the Cajun pasta, all so good, very generous portions. Live great Motown music. It was our 10 th wedding anniversary and they made a cool anniversary dessert and made us feel very special. Thx James, Goose and Preston
There were 11 of us for my wife's Birthday. Our grandson really liked the stuffed mushrooms. Everyone liked their main course. The wine was good and reasonably priced. The entertainers came over and sang Happy Birthday to my wife. We had a great time and will be back.
Food was salty....... could not eat. Was not asked how was everything at beginning of meal.
When I was asked " do you want food in plate boxed to take home" I told waiter of displeasure
Do salty manner of the salmon.. he then added if I wanted anything else....way too late 10 pm!
The cost of the entree was "not" deducted from bill. I did not complain.... left 20% tip
But will tell everyone about lousy uneatable dinner and bad attitude of restaurant to not remove the cost of the dinner from bill!
I will never return to this restaurant and being one the real estate field will make sure I tell everyone to not patronize this establishment😡
We came in the middle of the day, right between lunch and dinner. We found them on Open Table so they accommodated us since we made reservations on that system. We were limited to the Happy hour menu but there was plenty on there to satisfy everyone in our party of 6. Monica was a great server. Attentive and personable despite being in the middle of shifts. We will definitely be back when the full menu is offered. What a great find!
My wife and I shared the Jalapeno Hush Puppies which were not very good (too much dough and not enough jalapenos), Caesar Salad was decent (pan fried Capers were a nice touch), we also shared the Porterhouse which was a special for the day and ordered Medium Rare. The steak came Medium Well and this seems to be a running theme after reading several of the reviews for this establishment. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Mousse cake to which we received the Chocolate Lava Cake that was not even on the menu. All in all a 2 out of 5 for this place and we will not be going back.
Service was great from waiter, but the host was not tuned to taking care of reservation guests in best manner. We were party of 4 76 plus years of age and needed to be received quicker and seated in a much less ackward table. Two of us were handicapped and better consideration could and should have been given to our placement. We arrived at a early hour 5:30pm prior to dinner rush so that was not reason for table choice. Like stated earlier, waiter was great and food excellent.
The website says there is live music seven nights a week, but it turns out it is only two nights a week and on Sunday mornings. The food was disappointing. The ribs looked deep fried, with the sauce on the side. The calamari was undercooked and very chewy, pieces cut too large. When we complained, they replaced it with a crispier version, which still was not very good.
The service was good and very responsive. She removed the calamari from the tab without us asking, and didn't even mention it until I noticed it and thanked her.
It's a nice environment and has great potential, but was not worth making a special trip to have dinner. We would not have gone if we would've known there was no live music.
Great little place we stumbled upon. The live music drew us in and we have revisited this spot several times with friends and family for brunch on the weekends. They are always accommodating and there has never been a time when they could not accommodate us.
Food was good, but the service was slow. We arrived at 5:45 on a Friday and seating was wide open. Our server was friendly but did not check back often; we asked for refills of water twice and still had to flag him down. Hamburger was awesome as were the rolls, the s'mores in a jar we good as well. Not sure id go out of my way to return this restaurant.
This place is so tired, and the food was mediocre at best. For the price they charge, you can easily find a better option. The plastic menus, tired salad greens, gross toppings on the baked potatoes, expensive fillet mignon that was oddly dry - everything needs an update. The sautéed veggies on the side was the only bright spot. Service was quite good, but clearly unenthusastic about the food served there - had a hard time recommending anything. Now we know why.
Mother's Day dinner was just right! The jazz band was playing and the lightning was just right. We started with a bottle of Presico and a wedge salad which was accompanied with complimentary warm bread. We then ordered the tri-tip which was very well cooked and plentiful. An order of chicken tenders and fries for the kiddos and an order of the Mahi Mahi. The fish was quite dry and bland but our waitress was more than happy to take it back and replace it with another. So we ordered the coconut battered shrimp instead, which was just right. We ended the evening with a warm brownie topped with vanilla ice cream. Overall it was a pleasant night out
