Food was excellent. It's a bit pricey, but we loved it!
Nice atmosphere; Good food. Price not comparable to similar dining venues, but overall good experience.
Mimosas are no longer free during brunch, now cost a $1 each.
Brunch is still delicious though!
Great Sunday brunch! Good value for the selection of food, plus $1 mimosas!
My friend flew in from out of town and was staying at the Chattanoogan Inn so to avoid having to drive to eat lunch, we opted to eat at the on-site restaurant. It was nice not to have to pay to park, then leave to eat and then pay to park again. They normally have a buffet, which was not available at the time of our visit (Saturday), so we chose from the limited menu items. The food was tasty and fresh and priced well, but the carpet/floors smelled stale and dirty. It was not appetizing. The server was nice but we tried to joke with him and he didn't get it.
Everything was enjoyable...service was great!! We will return to the seafood buffet!!!
I grew up on the coasts of Florida, so I may have high standards when it comes to seafood. The food was not good. The crab legs had been poorly cooked causing them to be waterlogged. The "catfish" is not catfish, it is tilapia. The lobster bisque was a salty, fishy mess. The salmon in some sort of sauce was flavorless. The shrimp were frozen and put out on the buffet in a big chunk of ice still frozen solid together. The Prime Rib was "sub-prime" rib, just a wad of fat surrounded by minuscule strands of rubbery meat. This place is way overpriced. Really about the only thing that was good was the service, salad, and the tartar sauce. Maybe this restaurant should consider just making it an all-you-can-eat salad bar. They would probably have more luck.
We went to Broad Street Grill to celebrate a birthday. We were seated promptly, and our drink order was taken right away. It was Italian Buffet night. There was a nice selection of antipasti, and everything was very fresh, appetizing, and tasty. There was a nice selection of meat dishes, pasta with meatballs, or Alfredo sauce, mixed seafood, and several grilled or sauteed vegetables. There were three deserts available, profiteroles, cannolis, and tiramisu. These deserts, while fresh and tasty, were all a little on the heavy side. I would have liked to see some fruit or other lighter fare offered. The service was very friendly and attentive. Used plates were removed promptly, and water glasses refilled.
We had a pleasant experience and plan to come again.
The crab legs were just runny water, would not even crack open , when you did get meat out of them it tasted just like eating salt .
This is a great place to take friends, family, and we had a wonderful meal with great service. I have recommended it, a number of times, and will continue to do so!
The food was cold, the grill wasn't open for pancakes.
We heard they had a good seafood buffet so we went to check it out. The food was delicious. We would definitely go back.
The buffet style menu was great. I advise anyone who loves seafood to try it one Friday. The staff is professional and loved the wedge salad selection. Prime rib and delicious desserts are served as well.
The manager paid close attention to our previous visit.
The oysters was not order to provide for the entire evening. After talking with the manager, on the next visit, OYSTERS for the night.
Had a coupon through husband's work, so we made a date night out of it. Was excited bc online it looked very nice with decent reviews but was disappointed; food was pretty standard and it was expensive. Even though I did enjoy the sweet potato fries, my steak was in a sauce that was odd tasting (saw it on the menu, but didn't think it would be bad) and our vegetable of the day was a horrendous mush of what could formerly have been broccoli, carrots and a few other unknown over steamed/mush veggies. Our waiter did his job pretty standard as well, I had no water a couple of times and he made me feel like we kept bothering him whenever I needed something ie. ketchup and water refill. It would of been passable if it wasn't so expensive overall, even with the coupon. It was quite, and we got seated right away, but we were all seated in a small side room (not busy and I could see why they would open only one section) but it felt lazy and awkward. Would not visit again.
Sad to see the price go up. The food is great but the buffet seems pricey at $27.00.
Everything was amazing. The food was seasoned perfectly and the deserts were sweet and deliciously. We will definitely be back!
The service was outstanding. The ambiance was great. The food was good. I ordered the pork tenderloin and it was a bit dry. It needed some sauce. The selection of sides could be better. The desert that was made special for my mom's Birthday was amazing. I would recommend it highly to anyone. I would highly recommend bring back dinner with the chef cooking the food right there in front of you and being able to interact with the chef.
Delicious food reasonably priced. Waiter did not even take our order down and got everything spot-on! Every single course was delectable! This is definitely our new date night go-to! We loved it!
Celebrated our anniversary at the Friday night seafood buffet. Food and ambiance were excellent. Enough crab legs for everyone and many other fabulous tasting options! The service was great and we even met a nice couple next to us who were celebrating their anniversary as well. We made small talk and the lovely couple from Georgia said goodbye, snuck out and secretly picked up our tab! How awesome was that! We also have enjoyed the brunch here. We will be going back soon with other family members. Would highly recommend for any special occasion or just the perfect date!
Great time with the family
We love coming to the Broad Street Grille for Sunday brunch! The food is always great, and the service is exceptional. Can’t wait to go back!
We were there for Friday night seafood buffet and prime rib. So much to choose from! Everything was wonderful. The best salmon I've ever had! Prime rib just melted in mouth! Shrimp were big and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend! Want to go back again!
the menu has gotten smaller and the wine list is outrageously priced
I visited this place on January 21, 2018 for Sunday brunch. We were seat immediately. Excellent selection of menu items with endless mimosas. The service was great overall. I would recommend this place to any one for Sunday Brunch, it’s a very nice restaurant to fine.
The food was OK but nothing special. For $38 per plate, it should have been awesome. Everything that should have been crispy was soggy. There are many restaurants in Chattanooga that would have been a much better value.
Deceptive advertising. When we got there it was a buffet. We were told to help ourselves to the buffet. No menu was offered with the food listed on open table.
Except for the Caesar salad, the food was not good at all. We came for the Sunday brunch because of two items on the menu we see online. NEITHER of those items, waffles and potato gnocchi ratatouille, were available. We were told that gnocchi is not on the menu, yet I still see it listed on the menu today (2 days later)!
The service was poor. I didn't get my drink until we were ready for out check. Of course, that was only 15 minutes after I asked for the drink. By that time we knew this was not a place we wanted to eat at.
Our server had to have known we were unhappy, yet she NEVER once asked.
Way over priced for the quality of food.
The service was great, the food was a seafood buffet and average at best.
Very much enjoyed the Brunch Buffet with great food. Outstanding service by Jeff. Only issue was with outside door constantly being opened exposing us to very frigid weather.
Can't speak to the regular menu, but we went for brunch and it was fabulous!
The Broad Street Grille buffet has always been perfect. Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere.
Thank you for giving us a corner space like I requested when I made the reservation. It afforded us some privacy. We were there for an office staff Christmas dinner. Our server was very attentive. I've always liked BSG for its ambiance and location. This was the second time we used it as a venue.
It’s a little pricey but the food is great....but the saying is you get what you pay for. The Sunday brunch options were fantastic. There is something for everyone. This is great to take someone for a special occasion or to impress. If you go make sure you are ready to eat a lot. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault
A good venue for a family brunch.
Good range of food and efficient service plus easy parking.
Great Sunday brunch.
The staff was ready and made certain our Vegan member had plenty of choices. We were all impressed and enjoyed our time together out of the office. Great value.
We go to brunch all the time. This was very disappointing. The food was subpar. I could’ve made better waffles at home. This is a buffet and that’s about it. I would not recommend this to anyone. For the amount of money we paid, we could’ve gone to our favorite place at least twice. Don’t waste your money here.
We have gone to Sunday brunch here many times. It has never disappointed us. The mimosa are great. The service is attentive. The food is fresh and well prepared with lots of options.
The potatoes were not hot, the pord chops were to thin and very tthff.
