The service was outstanding. The ambiance was great. The food was good. I ordered the pork tenderloin and it was a bit dry. It needed some sauce. The selection of sides could be better. The desert that was made special for my mom's Birthday was amazing. I would recommend it highly to anyone. I would highly recommend bring back dinner with the chef cooking the food right there in front of you and being able to interact with the chef.
Delicious food reasonably priced. Waiter did not even take our order down and got everything spot-on! Every single course was delectable! This is definitely our new date night go-to! We loved it!
Celebrated our anniversary at the Friday night seafood buffet. Food and ambiance were excellent. Enough crab legs for everyone and many other fabulous tasting options! The service was great and we even met a nice couple next to us who were celebrating their anniversary as well. We made small talk and the lovely couple from Georgia said goodbye, snuck out and secretly picked up our tab! How awesome was that! We also have enjoyed the brunch here. We will be going back soon with other family members. Would highly recommend for any special occasion or just the perfect date!
Great time with the family
We love coming to the Broad Street Grille for Sunday brunch! The food is always great, and the service is exceptional. Can’t wait to go back!
We were there for Friday night seafood buffet and prime rib. So much to choose from! Everything was wonderful. The best salmon I've ever had! Prime rib just melted in mouth! Shrimp were big and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend! Want to go back again!
the menu has gotten smaller and the wine list is outrageously priced
I visited this place on January 21, 2018 for Sunday brunch. We were seat immediately. Excellent selection of menu items with endless mimosas. The service was great overall. I would recommend this place to any one for Sunday Brunch, it’s a very nice restaurant to fine.
The food was OK but nothing special. For $38 per plate, it should have been awesome. Everything that should have been crispy was soggy. There are many restaurants in Chattanooga that would have been a much better value.
Deceptive advertising. When we got there it was a buffet. We were told to help ourselves to the buffet. No menu was offered with the food listed on open table.
Except for the Caesar salad, the food was not good at all. We came for the Sunday brunch because of two items on the menu we see online. NEITHER of those items, waffles and potato gnocchi ratatouille, were available. We were told that gnocchi is not on the menu, yet I still see it listed on the menu today (2 days later)!
The service was poor. I didn't get my drink until we were ready for out check. Of course, that was only 15 minutes after I asked for the drink. By that time we knew this was not a place we wanted to eat at.
Our server had to have known we were unhappy, yet she NEVER once asked.
Way over priced for the quality of food.
The service was great, the food was a seafood buffet and average at best.
Very much enjoyed the Brunch Buffet with great food. Outstanding service by Jeff. Only issue was with outside door constantly being opened exposing us to very frigid weather.
Can't speak to the regular menu, but we went for brunch and it was fabulous!
The Broad Street Grille buffet has always been perfect. Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere.
Thank you for giving us a corner space like I requested when I made the reservation. It afforded us some privacy. We were there for an office staff Christmas dinner. Our server was very attentive. I've always liked BSG for its ambiance and location. This was the second time we used it as a venue.
It’s a little pricey but the food is great....but the saying is you get what you pay for. The Sunday brunch options were fantastic. There is something for everyone. This is great to take someone for a special occasion or to impress. If you go make sure you are ready to eat a lot. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault
A good venue for a family brunch.
Good range of food and efficient service plus easy parking.
Great Sunday brunch.
The staff was ready and made certain our Vegan member had plenty of choices. We were all impressed and enjoyed our time together out of the office. Great value.
We go to brunch all the time. This was very disappointing. The food was subpar. I could’ve made better waffles at home. This is a buffet and that’s about it. I would not recommend this to anyone. For the amount of money we paid, we could’ve gone to our favorite place at least twice. Don’t waste your money here.
We have gone to Sunday brunch here many times. It has never disappointed us. The mimosa are great. The service is attentive. The food is fresh and well prepared with lots of options.
The potatoes were not hot, the pord chops were to thin and very tthff.
Probably the worst brunch I've had. The eggs were bagged eggs, so they were tasteless & wet. No shrimp & grits as stated on the web site. Too much lunch food, chicken, salmon with mango salsa, mashed potatoes. No specialty breakfast items. Mimosas were drinkable but not great. I didn't finish mine. Coffee was great!
Our first time here and it won't be our last. We arrived exactly at 11:00am when they reopen for Brunch. There were still lingering tables from breakfast, which has a last seating time of 8:45am. This seemed to be hindering the servers and culinary staff in the set up of brunch.
We quickly got mimosas and coffee from our server which is included in the price and then hit the buffet.
Food offerings were plentiful and they had my favorites, cheese blintzes with fruit toppings and fresh whipped cream. The eggs Benedict had a slight twist, so you can't call it that. The poached eggs are set on slices of fried green tomatoes and notably didn't have much, if any, hollandaise sauce. Still the eggs were very delicious with soft yolks.
They have a omelette station and one carved meat, which was ham this occasion. The ham was tender and smokey, just wish they had more than one carved meat. We did not try the made to order omelettes, too busy there.
The salad area has premixed Caesar salad with plenty of dressing and only a couple of other items to build your own salad. There is a smoked salmon platter with mini bagels and some of the accoutrements you'd expect, but lacking capers and chopped onions. I enjoyed the pimento cheese spread which they must make in house because it was excellent. The fresh fruit was good but the presentation of it was lackluster.
The lunch items had salmon, smoked bbq chicken, mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, pot roast and a few others. I am a breakfast hog, so I didn't go there for anything except a piece of chicken, very tender and tasty.
Desserts were plentiful with banana pudding and peach cobbler featured prominently. I had a pastry or two from the dessert area sticking to my breakfast route. Scones were tasty.
I think we will be back soon, for brunch or the lunch buffet.
We ate at the BSG for convenience and the menu looked pretty good. There could have been some more variety. The chicken was very good to start but the sauce (Demi glaze?) was too rich and salty after eating from the top of the dish.
Service was good. Ambiance could have been better for a more upscale restaurant. It felt like a lobby restaurant.
After searching for a restaurant on Open Table that serves a Sunday brunch in Chattanooga for 9/17/2017, and comparing prices and locations, we chose Broad Street Grille because it was the only breakfast menu available on Open Table that had a variety of foods at a reasonable price. What we found out after traveling 1 1/2 hrs was that it only had a brunch meal that was an all inclusive price of $25/person! There was no choosing off the menu that Open Table had published. I spoke to the manager about our expectation of ordering off a breakfast menu and he said there was nothing he could do because he doesn't control Open Table, and this was the first time he had heard of a problem. We spoke to the server about it and she said she had heard several of the same complaints. We ate there because we were limited on time and familiarity with what the city had to offer. The food was adequate but nothing special for the price.
We were delighted with the wonderful food and the excellent service. Our waiter, Joshua was outstanding and we are looking forward to coming again!
We have gone to the Grille for several years on special Sundays. Evidently, the following has turned from "full House" to less than 25% of tables in use. I suppose that has lead to a reduction in smorgasbord size and variety. This week, they curtained off the kitchen which didn't add anything to the ambiance. Whatever the reason, I hope they can return to their prior standards
Great food, and plus free parking near the location on Sundays. Rafael was an exceptional waiter. Plus you can't beat unlimited mimosas included with brunch.
