   I haven't been to the Broad Axe in years and it looked really nice inside. Also appreciated the more casual dinning options.

   I’m so sorry it took me so long to try this amazing restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful- the service was friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely perfect. Price was on point - this might just be my new favorite place.

   Wow - what a disappointment this dinner was! We had three for dinner. Drinks were delivered and I asked about the $13.95 Lobster Roll. The Server, who indicated that she was actually a Bartender, said that it was only one. Not sure what that meant but for $13.95, I assumed it was not huge or overflowing with lobster. Her response was that it was good but only one. I ordered it with the chowder. My two friends ordered burgers. The chowder was awful - some heavy spice that was not complementary. The lobster roll" was only a lobster salad on a hot dog roll. The roll wasn't even toasted or buttered to pretend to be a lobster roll. How disappointing. The salad itself, small as it was, was good but it was clearly not a lobster roll. The two burgers had some spice in the meat that was overpowering. My friends couldn't even finish it as there was not enough water to wash it down. I'm not sure what is going on at The Broad Axe but we will not go back.

   Mandarin salad with grilled chicken was very good. Might want to replace Asiago with a goat cheese though

   Ordered the bone in grilled pork chop special. Came out and it was badly undercooked. Sent it back and it came out still undercooked. Sent back a second time and this time it was dried out and tough. I just gave up. No offer to take it off the bill and no apology from a manager. We will not be back.

   One person's meal arrived with inedible chicken. Virtually nothing was consumed from the badly prepared meal. The management initially offered only a dessert! After an extended discussion with our server, a manager came out and comped the poorly prepared meal. A dessert was still offered, but we were charged for it. We have visited this restaurant at least a dozen times in the past, but have never had this poor level of service. The staff needs to receive considerable training to help satisfy customers.

   My son graduated from North Penn. I asked; let’s get a bite, where do you want to go? He said let’s go to Broad Axe for a burger. You can never go wrong at broad axe for a great burger and a cold beer. The beer was for me btw. Lol

   The staff were very accommodating and attentive. When I questioned how a particular drink was made after it was served to me, the bartender personally y came to our table to explain. The food was promptly served and everything was excellent. I will certainly go back for more.

    The food was tasty but the service was a bit lacking considering the light crowd. My table was literally next to the bar and at one point I had to get up and get my own beer after our waiter went MIA. Speaking of beer, $6.75 for a pint of Fat Tire is a bit strenuous for this locale. [$4 for Miller Lite isn't much better...] Something odd happened, too - the waiter confessed to eavesdropping and then asked me to repeat and clarify the story I was sharing w/my friends. Who does that??
