Fantastic! We were passing through Flagstaff on a roadtrip and found Brix online. It is a great restaurant with excellent food and wine choices, as well as a full bar. I would definitely recommend the cheese board and the scallops.
Everything was AMAZING!!! The pork chop was hands down the BEST pork chop ever. The charcuterie and cheese boards were great. Our party of 4 enjoyed everything that came to the table. Kayla, our server, and the bartender were very nice and personable. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!!
Cheese Plate inspired us to eat at home in a new way -every detail is delicious and well thought out -loved it .

We rediscovered Brix about a year ago (so many great places to eat in Flagstaff!) and it has become our go-to fine dining spot. Tonight’s meal was again excellent and we had a special treat of complimentary sparkling wine because they knew it was our anniversary (thank you, Brix, & Open Table for the option to note special occasion!). Nice selection of vegetarian, vegan & GF options, too. Something for everyone at Brix!

The food at Brix is simply outstanding. I have eaten there 3 times and every time is great. The service is equally excellent. I try to go there whenever in Flagstaff. I wish we had such a fine restaurant in the Phoenix area. The place itself is very nice and the patio lovely. Don’t miss an opportunity to eat at Brix.
WE were celebrating a special occasion (birthday) and the staff worked with me on surprising my husband with his dessert. I just love this place. the food was amazing as usual and the wait staff perfect. I have not had a bad experience here ever and every time I go I just fall in love with it a little more. thanks for a great evening.

I had not been to Brix for a few years and was very impressed with the changes that had been made to the menu, support of local suppliers, sustainable conservation, and recycling. The real plus was the unique and creative dishes and flavors. I loved the Elk rack For dinner as well as the baby kale salad, with very unique dressings and sauces. The bread from Pizzicletta was also excellent with clarified butter or olive oil dip. If you haven’t been to Brix lately, it is time to return!
Dinner at Brix is always a pleasant experience. The wait staff is knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list is extensive and excellent, and the food is always good. There are vegetarian and vegan choices, always tasty unlike some restaurants where they are an afterthought. And the rooms are relatively quiet, with pleasant music at a low volume, so conversation is easy.
Good enough for what we were looking for, but way more expensive than the value derived.
We came to Brix to celebrate our 29th anniversary last night and left knowing this was the best place in Flagstaff to celebrate such an occasion. Seth, at the bar, treated as so well. He began our dinner with a celebratory glass of sparkling wine. He followed this up with the perfect dirty martinis. Seth took our order and paid close attention to us throughout the entire evening. He really helped make this a special celebration. The food was exceptional: scallops and salmon perfectly cooked. The side order of brussel sprouts was amazing as it was prepared szechuan style. Hats off to Seth, the chef, Daniel (the manager who was warm and friendly to us) and to Brix. Thank you all for making this such a special night to remember.
My children gave us a gift certificate for my birthday and to also celebrate our move to Flagstaff. The food, cocktails, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. Chelsea our server was knowledgeable about all the drinks and dishes and we chose several of her favorites to try, which proved to be a wise choice. The portions were very generous, from the appetizer to the main. Brix certainly made my birthday and our first week in Flagstaff memorable.
This was our first time at Brix. We were really looking forward to the array of options. Started off with cocktails, the spicy old fashioned. I'll order it every single time in the future. Excellent. Next, cheese board, great variety, nice side options, didn't care for the lavoch though. Field greens next. Seriously, vanilla lime vinaigrette? The BEST dressing I've ever had. I'm not kidding. Never ditch that dressing. Ever. I had the cavatelli with sausage, mushrooms and kale, what a flavor punch. Amazing. My girlfriend ordered the coffee crusted duck. Totally legit and cooked perfect. Overall, great experience. Great service, quiet, they absolutely nailed every menu item, but I have to say, the wall art was meh, which is why i didn't give it top stars for ambiance.
I would prefer something from the Colorado Plateau, but that's just me. We will absolutely be back, thank you for a rad dinner.

I really wanted to love this place. My wine pairings didn't pair well with my meal which I found out was because my wine was brought with the incorrect dish. They failed to mark the table before we got one of the courses which meant I needed to wait for the server to come back. To be fair he seemed busy but there were what seemed like a half dozen of SAs or expeditors who could have caught that. They did bring the plates to the table after all. Something else was I specifically called and asked if they had a Spanish speaking server as I was with my friend from Mexico. I wanted her to be able to ask about the menu, they said they could make it happen. This server could say hi. The food is what really disappointed me. It was cold. Lacked basic seasoning. I could go on but it really isn't worth it. I was happy my friend was happy. She hasn't been to a prefix dinner with pairings before so she enjoyed herself. I was disappointed that this was her first experience. I was recommended to this place as the place to go. I think I will stick to The Cottage for my nice meals out. I'm willing to pay for great food and I tip well however I did only tip 20% this time. I don't think I will be back on purpose.
we ate here for an early valentine's day date & had a wonderful experience. our server made a great wine recommendation at a price that was very reasonable. courses were timed perfectly and food was delicious. we asked for a nice table for the occasion and we were accommodated with a spacious corner table, which was very much appreciated. FOH really has their act together and it shows.
The food was excellent. The bread board was good. The short rib crepe was good. The Tale and Trotter Pork chop was excellent, very tasty and cooked beautifully. The Holiday Sangria was spectacular, I will recommend Brix to my friends just for that drink. My husband tried Mother Road's IPA beer for the first time and was fascinated by the Tower Station. Our server did a great job. My husband and I will return for another special occasion.
Brix was always our favorite restaurant in flagstaff until this past Sunday. The food was definitely not the same not sure if they have a new chef but food in the past was excellent. First off our server who was also the bartender did know right off hand the specials for the night exactly, my husbands martini was not even full, the steak was mediocre, the special pasta was a disaster it was undercooked and chewy, too many flavors going on. Not sure if we will ever attempt going back after spending few hundred dollars and not having a great meal .
We've been to Brix a number of times and always been very satisfied. They've "raised the bar" with us so high that when a meal is only "very good", it's a slight disappointment.
Last Fridays' dining was once again superb except that I'd have to rate the elk rack as merely "OK". It certainly wasn't bad, but when the "opportunity cost" means skipping their sensational duck entree, the elk rack just didn't hit the same high notes.
Everything else was top notch as always - we've had the carrot-ginger soup before and we were fortunate to be able to enjoy it's smooth aromatic goodness again. The cheese board remains a great value and a wonderful starter.

Outstanding food, drinks and service! Great job with gluten free options, I am very sensitive. The entire dessert menu was gluten free!
The food and service were exceptional. The meals were creative and we ordered a salad which they divided in half for us. The food was served in a timely manner. The salad had delicious dressing which was likely applied. We had homemade chocolate ice cream with strawberries for dessert; it was terrific!
The food and service at the bar were phenomenal and this is really solid dinner experience. I only deducted a star because we never were brought to our table and instead, we dined at the bar with our 5 & 7 year old children. The reservation we made,several weeks in advance, was scheduled for 30 minutes after the restaurant opened, however there were no tables to accommodate us upon arrival. Nor did they credit any opentable points.p
Whenever we are up in Flagstaff from Phoenix, we like to stop by Brix for an evening of sheer joy and deliciousness. Everything from the food to the wine to the service is impeccable. LOVE this place.

This was the fourth time I’ve dined at Bria and it never disappoints. Unique flavors, local ingredients and changing menu make it fun and exciting. The wait staff is extremely fluent in cuisine and wine.
Two words: simply outstanding! Brix is an amazing restaurant with a terrific menu of eclectic items and an excellent wine list of interesting new "finds." Chelsea, our server, was outstanding and she made the dinner very special for two visiting Hoosiers. The food was remarkable and memorable. This is a "don't miss" restaurant...extraordinary in every way!
Celebrating my birthday. Best food I've had in years. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The waiter help guide us from start to finish. The ambience is unlike any other. Cozy and comfortable, romantic.
