Ask for Kelly. She is great
Wonderful waitresses hostesses bartenders, just a fun place to go in the afternoon
Server Kelly was great.
We had a business meeting so we needed to be able to have a conversation. We could have eaten outside but chose to be inside. Sound was medium due to football games being played on the TVs, but it was fine. The decor is very nice inside and if you do sit outside, the view is of the driving range.
Our food was good but expect to pay about $5 more per item than other medium-prices locations. It’s ala carte. I did have the Caesar salad which comes with a long Parmesan crisp. But the salad was not a filling one with 3 pieces of romaine on the plate. The burger and sliders the other 2 had seemed to be enjoyed.
For an appetizer, try the polenta tots. Very good.
All in all, it was a good meal and service was very good.
Always a pleasant experience combing great vista with good food
Really loud inside. We sat outside so it was ok.
Excellent! Great food and service. The best patio!
Marcy and Alexandria. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
The best food I ever had at a golf clubhouse. We had five adults in our party and all raved about what they ordered. Our waitress couldn’t have been more personable and on point. She appeared to really enjoy her job. Definitely recommend!
Really great food and wonderful service
Server Kelly was great.
Hostess Marcy should be the employee of the year.
Always good food
Marcy is the best. Great patio seating. Onion rings are the best in town. Try the fish tacos.
We had a reservation for 5 for lunch and were seated promptly outside as requested when we arrived. It took a while for a waitress to come over and greet us and longer to get any waters poured for us. Our waitress was friendly and the drinks came in short order after we ordered. However our food was another story. We ordered 4 salads (with either chicken or salmon) and one turkey sandwich and it took forever for it to arrive. One member of our party had to quickly eat his food and leave in about 5 minutes due to the timing. We sat at 12:15 and I think our food came at 1:25. We got up from the table at 1:45. The food was tasty but after that long of a wait it definitely took away from appreciating the food.
Great. Wonderful food and service.
Marci is amazing. Always good to see her. Great onion rings and fish tacos.
The food and the service at Brittlebush are as good as many of the higher priced restaurants that we patronize. The complimentary Bread Pudding nesting in a delectable pool of caramel and pecans added a marvelous decadence at the end meal.
From the moment we sat down Marcy was so on top of things. What a sweet attentive lady. Then came Todd the Mgr who went over and above in accommodating all our needs. Well done Brittlebush outstanding service and help.
We were out for an appointment, and we decided to have lunch at the Brittlebrush. We had the Sliced Turkey Sandwich with Fig Jam and other good things on Cranberry Walnut Bread. It was a perfect combination of sweet and savory. Home-made sweet pickles and tiny red pepper graced the sandwich top. We also had a side of French Fries. As requested, they were piping hot when served, Duane and Jared anticipated our every need. Food and service were tops! We went at 2:30 PM, so were the beneficiaries of a non-busy time. We had a lovely view from our table, too. Couldn't have been any better!
Marci is the best.
Manager Marci is amazing.
Everything was wonderful. Tasty Caesar salad with salmon and a glass of Chardonnay! The hostess and our server, Tiffany were great! Thank you for a relaxing lunch outside on the patio. We'll be back!
The advertisement said that they had thanksgiving specials so we assumed it was Thanksgiving dinner style items. It was actually ground turkey sliders. We unfortunately left and went someplace else to eat
Outstanding meal. I got the fish and chips and it was really good. My wife thought her burger was really good as well. We also ordered the polenta tots with chipotle aioli. Save that and dip anything else you get in that. That was terrific!
Nicole, our friendly server was very upbeat and treated us very well. We enjoyed the Burger & Ale Sunday special and the Crispy Fish tacos along with a side of onion rings. All the food was delicious , including the special toffee pudding dessert! The setting was beautiful overlooking the golf course. We also enjoyed the Sunday football games broadcast on the many screens.
I have written quite a few reviews in past under "Sandy" and it can be said consistently....great neighborhood gem. Tasty food, good value served with a smile. They serve lunch and happy hour only but it a friendly golf course restaurant, great views, and innovative menu.
At a recent visit just before Christmas, Brittlebush had redecorated their furniture! Well they raised their prices, especially wine now from $11 to $16 in a not so generous glass so you are paying for the new furniture. Prices on menu have increased too!!!!!!! Sadly, the new prices are not worth the investment in what was once a great neighborhood gem. They have pushed this diner out the door. What was once good food at a good value, not so much!
Delicious salads and sandwiches. We always enjoy our time when we come to Brittlebush. The treat of bread pudding is always a plus.
Cari is a great server.
Food was good, salmon sliders and fish tacos were fresh. Nice view of the golf course. Small menu was only setback.
Everything was OK, but the ambiance was too noisy for normal conversation.
Food was exceptionally good. Fish & chips were fresh fish and very tasty.
View of mountains and general ambiance enjoyable. Hard surfaces make it noisy, leave your hearing aids at home.
Nice spot; but, limited menu.
Brought parents for a New Year's Eve lunch since they're not doing anything at night. Had a good time and enjoyed our quiet family time together. Our server was great, food was good, and ambiance was perfect.
When I made reservations, I was not sure what to expect. But once I found the location of the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised. It is the grill or restaurant ideally suited for the golf course however, the food was good but the service was exceptional.
The waitress and the bar tender went out of their way to make the two of us happy. Give those two a big fat raise. LOL!
What a nice find!!! Everything was outstanding!!! The complimentary dessert was excellent!!! We will be back!!!
Love this place. Always great service.
Always like to take new friends to this quiet oasis In the middle of suburbs surrounding this quiet spot. Like the food, but can't quite understand why a glass of ice tea is $4.00 each. Seemed excessive and padded the bill since I was hosting. The view, service, hospitality is always pleasant and helpful but this time the dining room was filled with very noisy and animated golfers, even after 1. My guest loved her steak tacos.
Sat on the patio in the shade, watched the golfers, and enjoyed the beautiful mountain, water, and golf-course views. They give you a very tasty popcorn appetizer. The drinks were delish - I had the Prickly Pear Margarita and it was very refreshing. I ordered the bruchetta board which was small for the money but very tasty. I didn't leave hungry though because our wonderful waitress came out with a delicious bread pudding dessert, compliments of the restaurant. I left feeling happy and pleased to spend a nice quiet lunch with friends in a beautiful local.
This is a restaurant most people would not be familiar with. It is casual and laid back. Sat on the patio overlooking the greens. I really enjoyed it and the fish and chips were perfect! This is a hidden little gem that would be perfect for a casual breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Brittlebush Bar & Grill is right on par with Westin Kierland Golf Club on which is sits (pun intended). Both have a North Scottsdale ambiance for those who want a little elegance in their life. The menu does not have the variety of choices you might find in the mainstream restaurant, but it more than makes up for it in quality of choices, service and environs. You will actually enjoy your dining experience without the typical things that detract from it (noise, overtaxed servers and the such). We were there on Mother's Day. The reason: My mother so enjoys the Brittlebush, this was the third Mother's Day we have spent there (by her request and without objection from anyone). If you are looking for complete dining enjoyment, I believe you will find it here.
