It was very cold, all 5 of us wore our coats during the meal. The service was terrible. Not only was the server inattentive to our table but came off like we were waisting his time with a “whatcha wunt?” We requested refills 3 times but each time the server left he turned around to carry on a conversation with a couple behind ours and we never did get those refills. Same thing with a straw. It took 30 minutes just to get our order placed. The food came out very good though and in a reasonable time it as it was delivered by other wait staff. Then we waited again. This time for our check. With the credit card sticking out to show we were ready we waited yet again. Meanwhile our server is talking with the couple behind us about his cousin and sister partying in Belgium. Finally, 15 min later, a manager comes by to assure us our food would be out shortly. Then he notices our near empty plates and fumbles for an apology and wrong table excuse. So we explained about our terrible service to the manager and he says she’s new. Wrong server, so we point behind us to our server who is still conversing behind us. He says he’ll have a conversation with our guy. The manager takes our check to run the credit card. He explained he made an adjustment. The credit card slip with the billed transaction is in the amount of $325 when it was $95 after a birthday coupon of $25. We point out the error so the manager again attempts to reassure that it didn’t actually get ran for that amount. He did make an adjustment to our correct check eventually. It was just a completely opposite experience than we’ve ever experienced at Bristol in the past 10 years. Such a shame! This experience will definitely make us think twice about dining there again as a family and for business meals.

We had scallops which were excellent. I will check the gumbo was also very good and not too spicy. The salad was fresh, the beer was cold but the busquits were Luke warm. I will check the carrot cake was great. We keep comimg back.

Bristol’s is a special place near Lake St Louis. The food is great with seafood choices not often found in STL and terrific service. What is not apparent is their steaks are great too. We go there once a quarter to just enjoy a great experience.

Had some issues. We have dined here dozens of times but not recently. First, the waitress had so much perfume on I actually asked her to back off. The lobster came with butter that was WAY too salty and it was not cooked enough. Sent them both back. The replacement butter was OK but the lobster was STILL a little uncooked. The biscuits were cold. We had 2 bottles of Rombouer Chardonnay, the second which we took most of it home.....for the amount of money they charge here their quality has really gone down. We will probably not come back.

We visited Bristol Seafood Grill for brunch to celebrate my husbands birthday. We were looking for something new to try and we are certainly glad that we did. We got there right when they were opening and service was awesome. The food is delicious and had a pretty good variety for an upscale brunch. My only negative would be the noisy kids behind us and the large group next to us, but that can't always be avoided. I have no doubt they would have moved us to a quieter area if we would have asked.

Outstanding!!! Every single bite of every single dish was incredible. The crab cakes were hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. I had salmon & my husband had filet mignon... both were excellent! It was our first visit (celebrating our 1st anniversary) but it certainly won’t be our last. What an amazing “find” this far out of the city!

We have been eating at this Bristol's for 20 years. For the first time the service was not very good. Perhaps the waiters were understaffed. We sat at the table for 30 minutes before our waitress took our food order. We ordered wine and it was 15 minutes before it was brought. It was very noisy and more like eating at a local bar than a nice restaurant. Not sure how soon we will be back.

We had four ladies celebrating a friend's birthday. Was not crowded when we got there -- late lunch. Service and food excellent. Friend got a free dessert for BD and it was just plain cheesecake like most restaurants. She could chose any of the desserts on menu. Been there for a couple holiday dinners and Sunday brunch. All good. No complaints. Restaurant is normally quiet even when crowded. Nice atmosphere.

I ordered the 3 course meal for $39 which included a 6 oz filet. My steak was ordered medium and came out rare to medium rare. I traded with my husband and he complained the steak was mushy in the middle and did not seem like a good quality steak. This is the second time my steak has been undercooked. The salad and dessert was good. It is a great deal but I was just disappointed my steak was not cooked to order.

I've been to both locations now (Olive and O'Fallon) and I'm not impressed with either. The brunch was not very well put together for the money. All of the members of my party agreed, you really need to work on service and food. It's was a very disappointing birthday celebration for one of my guests. It's very unlikely that I will be returning to your restaurant.

The menu is varied and offers a variety of seasonal fare. The seafood is varied and ALWAYS fresh. The steaks are excellent in both cut and quality. Side dishes are numerous and seasonal.

The atmosphere is laid back and service is attentive but not hovering.

The only place we go in St. Louis area for fresh seafood! The Barramundi is outstanding overtime as are the smoked, grilled scallops and the shrimp. Be prepared to spend quite a bit but worth every dollar.

We enjoyed our meal of salmon and scallops, finished off by the Creme Brulee which was delicious as always. We were not impressed by the crab cakes. They were undercooked and/or had too much in them other than crab. This is a great place for an anniversary or other special time.

We love Bristol Seafood and Grill. We've been going there for years and have never been disappointed with their food and service from front door reception to waiter to manager. We always ask for the same table so Jacob will be our waiter - he is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always remembers our food and wine preferences. Outstanding restaurant that we'd recommend to anyone.
