Have been here multiple times. This time was lunch with my family including my teenager and two younger kids. Excellent service. Excellent food. All around excellent every time. Brunch is AMAZING.

Cesar salad was good but scant on the dressing, had to ask for more. Crabcakes were exceptional! With Real mashed potatoes! and grilled asparagus. Chocolate mousse cake was dry, lacking mousse , unremarkable. Lighting was so dark it was hard to read the menu – but created a nice atmosphere, quiet.

Overall it was a pretty great place! Our server was great and the food came out perfectly timed. A little on the pricey side, but we knew that going in. Great place and would definitely recommend!

As always never a disappointment when dining at Bristol. My favorite seafood place to go. Def enjoyed trying Bristol during KC Restaurant Week. Got to try some new and different foods.

It was a great experience outside of our wait time. We waited 50 minutes past our reservation time of 8:30pm. We were there for KC Restaurant Week, so we waited.

Forgetting it was Restaurant Week, we had plans to dine with good friends, so to get the value meal was not our plan. We had reservations for 8:15 and were seated about 9. We had to ask for
scones as they were running short due to crowd. Food was overcooked and the dessert we chose, they had one of and it was overcooked also......not the best experience.

We had an 8:15 reservation. They were running 45 minutes behind schedule. They were out of soup and several deserts. Food was not seasoned well. Bland steaks, etc...We spent quite a bit at the bar while we waited, about $80-90 dollars. Good business strategy to generate more revenue for the bar, but we already had a later dinner reservation and didn't want to wait until after 9pm to eat.

We were very disappointed the food was awful the salad had no dressing it was very dry the Salmon had no flavor and was very bland we ate a few months ago at the Leawood location and it was wonderful so when we were at the downtown location we were very disappointed. The service for food was awful we waited for a very long time for drinks and then food took even longer. The bartender at the bar was outstanding and the cocktails were great!
