    The overall experience was not very good from my perspective. The server was aloof and either didn’t want to be there or had no idea what she was doing. It took over 45 minutes to get our food once we e ordered. We were there 20 minutes before we placed our order. Food was average at best. I have not dined here for a long time time but my wife requested it for Mother’s Day. Probably not coming back. There was a young manager who once I asked about our food jumped on it and really helped move things along.

    The food and table service were excellent. Ms. Aziz (younger sister of Alex) did a great job managing our table. We will come again!

    The flat bread was made out of a tortilla. Wedge salad served with the core.

Using a tortilla for flatbread and serving a salad with the core intact is not the quality we strive to deliver.     We had a wonderful server who was then replaced with another server. The new server was awful. She brought out our chicken Caesar salad without chicken. We never got our drinks and were left to sit.

    It took too much time to get any of our food. The server was not concerned about it at all.

    Was not seated right away despite reservation and plenty of open tables. Server was actually the bartender and was not attentive at all. They served us a salad that looked to be a couple weeks old - lettuce was slimy. Servers told us the milk was expired and couldn’t order it for the kids Appetizer took over 30 mins to come. Ordered kids food to come out early, ended up coming with the meal. The entrees took almost an hour and a half to come. Food was hot but taste was subpar. Had to go to the bar to pay check because our server only came to the table like once during the whole meal. Overall, service and food was bad. It wasn’t even busy! Will never go back nor recommend.
