My husband had the pasta primavera and the pasta was overcooked. I had the cod sandwich and it was good. It is really the only choice for dining inside the casino. But it wasn't bad,

Tara is the best server. Ask for her and you will not be disappointed. I had shrimp and Cindy had steak. The food is very good. Sean is the manager. He only had a short time to visit because he was busy. He is responsible for other customers too, not just us!!!! He is very aware of helping out when the place gets busy. I have seen him deliver food and drinks, refill drinks, chat with customers, vacuum the floor, clear tables, explain menu items including wine. Sean is very personable and likable. Bobby is a boss, but, so far, I have not been successful in getting him to sit with us and chat. I will be back!!!!

Mom and I both had the Mahi Mahi special and we both enjoyed it very much! Our waitress Gina was excellent as always and had suggested it. We love Bridges and always enjoy our dining experience there.

Sean is the manager.He will personally visit with you during your meal. We like him to sit with us to talk about life.Tara is our main server. She has a bubbly personality and is a good sport when it comes to joking around. We have been eating at Bridges for many years. The only food issue we ever had was a steak that was a bit too red.They promptly identified this and tossed the steak back on the grill for us.Also, if you are more of an introvert, they can seat you in the corner and leave you alone. We do not drink alcohol, however, if you like to drink, they have a fully-stocked bar and a wine cooler built into the wall.It is cool to see. I have not seen one like it anywhere else we go. Sean and Tara make our visit to Metropolis very enjoyable and we would recommend them highly. 😎❤️

It is very convenient. Don't have to leave casino to find a place to eat. They have a good variety of foods to satisfy everyone I would think from sandwiches to pasta, to high end foods. I was very pleased with Bridges every time we eat there.

We’ve eaten breakfast & lunch here on many occasions. Average to excellent food, service always excellent. This was our first time to enjoy dinner here, and it was very good. Nice reasonably priced wine selection, with a generous pour. My sirloin was surprisingly tender & flavorful. My husband’s cheeseburger was good. Tara our server was very attentive! Great experience!

The problem with this meal was the steaks. Both were tough with a vein of gristle. The parts without the gristle needed a lot of chewing. That is also the reason I had a low score for value. Server was excelllent.

Tara gave great service. She was very busy. She should train staff at front desk. She knows how to make everyone think they make her day. Would go to Metropolis more often if staff at front desk gave 10 per cent as good service as Tara. Thanks again. Hostess also knows how to read request on reservation. Requested table close to entrance and that was honored. Thank you all very much.

The waitress seemed very put out by us. The poor wasn’t that appealing for the price. Pretty basic. The green beans tasted out of a can. I had put on the special request it was our anniversary and they didn’t once acknowledge it. I had put a special anniversary dessert, never got it. Probably won’t be back.

The service was good. This is not what I expect from a Harrah's Casino. The food was terrible. My wife steak was over salted. As Gordon Ramsey says, "Over salted food means they are hiding something". My pasta dish had so much pasta water, it was bland. My suggestion is to eat breakfast there. For supper, go to Paducah Kentucky and eat. They have great restaurants. The wine was fair. The cosmopolitan drink was awful.

Tara B. is one of the best servers in the whole, wide world! Sean is a hands-on manager. He has served us food and drinks, cooked our food, removed used dishes from our table, and sat with us to talk during supper. I highly recommend this place. And, if you drink wine, they have a whole wall of wine storage. Also, they have a full-service bar with all of the most popular drinks .

A favorite restaurant. The ribeye steak is delicious. They also have excellent French onion soup and a great Caesar salad. The crew working there are the best. Sean, Beth, Tara, Amber and Gina do a great job and make dining at Bridges a great dining experience.
