   It took a several minutes for someone to come to our table when he did we had trouble hearing him very soft spoken and restaurant was louder than expected for higher class dining. We liked the menu and the food was great. We were hoping for a more intimate setting. I would recommend the restaurant over all to anyone because the food was worth it.

   The food was great and the ambiance was nice. We brought our kids and while it was kid friendly we will be back next time without them as it is a good date night spot. I would have given the service perfect stars except we waited 14 min from the time we were sat to the time out waiter approached to take our drink order and then at the end of our meal we ordered dessert and after 20 min I asked where it was he went to go check and when he came back 10 minutes later gave us a long winded story about how the kitchen lost the ticket... not looking for excuses just our dessert! The food made up for what the server lacked so we will be back.

   Food and Service was outstanding. Our waiter Joseph, pronounced yousef, could not have been more attentive. Just a GREAT experience. I haven't enjoyed eating out anywhere as much as I enjoyed our experience at Brick and Mortar. Manager even came around to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Will definitely go back again.

   The place had a very nice vibe. For it being only my second time going and on 2/14 it was real good not crowded and great service. Food was good and drink was nice. I'd recommend it to anyone before going to the movie theater next door for sure

   They were out of many of the wines, over-priced wine, meatloaf was tough; however, the shrimp tacos were very good. The server told us that the restaurant was closing at the end of February so they were not restocking on the wines.

    First visit and overall we were impressed with our meals. The only thing I'd like to see improve is the service. We were the only table seated and we didn't have our server greet us for about 5 minutes. All food was delish and we will be back.

    We celebrated a friend's birthday here. The staff was conscientious and solicitous. Additionally, the menu had a diverse selection, and our waiter had great recommendations.

    We had not been to Brick and Mortar Kitchen and decided to try on New Year's Eve, the food was great, desserts too and our waiter was very helpful on food selections, etc.

    We had a lovely time. The servers were attentive and the food was great. It was comfortable for our date but would be great for a casual time too. The menu is varied with many tastes in mind.

    This is our first time going to this restaurant, drink wasn't what I asked for, salad not what was explained to me and came with a ranch dressing, not my favorite, any way I guess it was my fault, I should speak up, I don't think we going back.

    We went with another couple and sat in the bar area specifically to listen to the jazz music by Kim & Bill. There is full service, so we could order dinner and drinks; especially impressed with the wine selection. Each of us enjoyed our meals and the ambiance of the staff and the patrons seated near us. Very nice time. We will definitely go again.

    Was very pleased overall. The waiters were extremely helpful and courteous and were able to switch out sides on main entrees. Food was delicious and ambiance was nice as well.

    Resturant was meh. The place closed at 10pm. Maybe the 'burbs operate that way on a Friday night but they should stay open a little later.

    Staff was very friendly and attentive! We ate in the bar and ordered from the bar food menu - pizza and mushrooms. The pizza was average. Didn't realize that the stuffed mushrooms were going to be deep fried. They were tasty but didn't really taste crab or shrimp. It was mostly cheese.

    We were seated early as requested. Service was attentive but not obtrusive. Food was good and we will return. Menu is a little pricey considering environment of jeans and casual dining.

    Dined here for dinner out of curiosity and the menu seemed intriguing. My companion ordered a burger which she said was great, cooked to her preference and with fresh condiments. I had ordered the shrimp and grits with a fried Brussels sprouts appetizer. The appetizer was very good but a tad salty from the bacon. The portion was massive and could have served at least 4 people. The shrimp and grits were another story. The grits were tasteless and had a gravy that did the grits no favor. Shrimp was cooked perfectly but lacked any real interesting flavor. A very uneven dining experience.

    We have been to Bricks and Mortar about 6 times, always going before seeing a movie at the Palladium. Highlights: Interesting menu - not too out there but some unique items Service has always been great - I believe our server last time was Devin(?) - very attentive Food well prepared and presented Like the open casual decor Overall pretty decent value - considering the quality and quantity I've not had one of the burgers but they looked fantastic. The meat loaf looked like it could feed a family. The salmon is one of our favorites - just don't ask for it overcooked.

    Strange menu with expensive steak and pizza among the limited choices. Not kid friendly but not adult friendly either. Wait staff was stretched and seemed untrained in taking drink orders or how and when to deliver drinks before food. We were not impressed with the food which seemed very over priced.

    We have been at this restaurant numerous times and have always enjoyed it. Menu has remained steady and options are always very good. I do wish that they had a couple of specials that they highlighted different than what was on the menu. Especially in the term of entrées. Great place and wonderful staff !
