Veggie pizza -ok but came out a bit burned
Enjoyed the veggie pizza but miss the other entrees , bar menu, and complimentary bread that were taken away-thus, we don’t dine there nearly as often
Very nice meal. Everything was prepared well and came out without issue. The Cajun Chicken had a nice spice to it. Scallops and shrimp were delicious.
The menu had enough different selections for our table, the food was great and the service was great. We had reservations and were seated as soon as we entered.
Good food. Nice place. Good specials and drink selection. Service was great as usual.
The food was just okay. It was lacking in flavor and pretty bland. The service matched the food, it was nothing special. If you’re looking for good, authentic Italian food, this is not the place.
The pretzel coated chicken with garlic mashed potatoes has always been my favorite. Disappointed that the garlic potatoes have been replaced with onion potatoes and the chicken portion went from a large breast to two small pieces- great flavor but, not worth the cost.
I had the shrimp and callous with risotto—delicious. I will be back to eat here again.
Highly recommend. Great, fresh food. Brianna is a wonderful waitress, efficient and very friendly. Love the scan to pay. Not crazy about the scan to view the menu on your phone but I understand.
Goat cheese appetizer was wonderful.
We had a couple of Oktoberfest special menus and enjoyed the Oktoberfest Pizza a lot.
Drinks were excellent.
Service was wonderful!
Overall, great experience. Looking forward to going back and try regular menus.
I had a wonderful time at Bricco! The ambience was gorgeous… But of course we were only one of two tables in the restaurant at the time. Service was excellent, attentive and kind. Food was phenomenal. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Appetizers were full of flavor! The only thing I wasn’t amazed with was the dessert. The cheesecake did not offer any fruit toppings, the Blondie Brownie tasted like something that was frozen and made in an industrial kitchen. No flavor and very bland. So if they would step up their game on their dessert options this would be nothing but an absolutely glowing review. That being said, I would go back again for sure!
Had pretzel crusted chicken dinner which was very good. Wedge salad was outstanding! Would recommend this place to all.
Our salmon and scallops were good. Furthermore,we always get great service when Michelle R is our server.
Always love a trip to Bricco! Service was a tad slow on Saturday evening, but we were not in a hurry, so it was no biggie. Excellent food as always! (I think they may have forgotten the sriracha in the Goat Cheese Marinara.). We'll be back next weekend!
Great food and excellent service. We will be going back soon.
The service was perfect. The food was good. My daughter got the chicken alfredo and we all agreed that it could have used more garlic and cheese because it was bland. The zoodles were a little bland also. Grated cheese should have been offered but we ate it and liked it just fine.
Our server was very attentive to our needs. The food was good.
We were seated right away with our reservation. The food was very good. The service was prompt. My only disappointment was that the server was delivering beverages without a tray. In fact, because she was also bring sugar, she had the glasses up against her body in a balancing act. That’s very unsanitary. I don’t think anyone should be carrying beverages in that way even without the new health mandates in place.
Shared a pizza- cheese on top was burned a bit- we go to various restaurants in Kent,Hudson-most have a happy hour and more on the menu and offer bread with the meal- we keep trying but have not come as often- hopefully changes coming
Bricco is my favorite place in Kent! Everything is great but my favorite items are the goat cheese appetizer and California martini.
Our server, Michelle, was attentive and helpful. Food is usually good at Kent Bricco/ I wish menu had new items more often. The items identified as spicy or hot, are very hot, and we avoid them. Cuts down on choices. Enjoyed the patio.
Servers accommodated us when we requested to sit outside. Food was excellent. Had the Dinner Burger which was cooked to order. Great staff.
Service was very accomodating. Food was excellent.
Seems to be heading in the wrong direction- smaller menu and higher prices- also, thought it was a mistake to drop the bar menu- hope it changes or we’ll go more to other restaurants
My scallops were sandy and the calamari undercooked. I had to get new lemons for my water as the first ones were musty. Portions smaller, menu smaller And food just not as good. We used to love Bricco but now we won’t go anymore
Server was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious.
Ever time I visit this restaurant the experience offers the same great food, atmosphere and service! I wish I lived closer!
Ordered the shrimp and scallops- scallops nice size- shrimp pretty small- prices too high for what you get
We were treated and seated outside, as requested, the hostesses were lovely and friendly. Our server Shane was attentive, professional, and humorous, all qualities we really enjoyed. Drinks prepared by Andy, who NEVER misses! Our food was delicious, exactly as prior to the COVID shut down. So happy they have reopened.
Our server was amazing. She was very attentive and recommended many items on the menu.
Not as good as we hoped- wife asked for salmon medium- not so- sirloin was cooked more rare than medium rare for me-prices seem a bit steep for quality of food we received- seemed better before change of ownership
I have been here many times but not sure I am going back after my last experience. First, I had to ask the server for the specials. Second, my meal was overcooked and the server seemed disinterested in hearing about it. Third, I asked for a manager, who came right over and also did not seem too interested to hear that the food was overcooked. I was not offered another meal, a dessert, or even a minor discount. Unacceptable in my opinion and I can validly making that comment after being in the business for over 20 years
Usually much better- especially my wife’s salmon- pretty average- also, ordered an old fashioned- thought I was drinking a super sweet soft drink- not looking for something super strong but wanted to at least know this was an alcoholic drink
Always excellent cocktails, food and service
Great as always!! My “go to” place:)
I enjoyed the jerk chicken and shrimp. My wife also enjoyed her shrimp and scallops dish. My only complaint is the lack of sound dampening.
The portion sizes compared to the Bricco location in Akron, OH were much smaller on the appetizer. Between two people we probably had 4-5 pieces of Calamari each. The main dishes were very well prepared in appearance and taste was excellent between the Cajun Chicken Linguine and the Soy Salmon. Our server was pleasant.
Food was amazing! Best shrimp cocktail and Sirloin I’ve had in a long time. Everything was prepared perfectly!
Daddy/daughter date with my 9 year old. Food was excellent, and our server was awesome. Very pleased
Always great food and service. The waiters treated us like we were the most important people in the restaurant. My only complaint was the rather large group that were at behind us were a bit noisy, but that is just a personal issue I guess. Although I would like them to enforce the attire to be less casual, I felt overdressed and I know Bricco is more business casual/dressy than casual. A lot of people were in Jean's and t-shirts. The ambiance reads romantic not a bar scene.
