   Arrived at 5 PM on a rainy, cold Friday. We were a party of 2. Very few people in the restaurant. Of all the open tables available we were seated right next to the server station next to the bar, close to the restrooms. Not a great table location for ambiance. Our cocktails were ok, but they skimped on the ice in my margarita. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer, which once upon a time were pretty tasty and served with chorizo and peppers, but there’s were dinky pieces with few peppers and the smallest drizzle of aioli imaginable. I ordered their Garden Salad with grilled salmon. The menu said it came with shredded carrots, but no shredded carrots were in the salad. Interestingly, the server said that she had never ever seen shredded carrots in the salad! After waiting several minutes, she returned with a soufflé cup of shredded carrots that were apparently shredded on the spot by someone in the kitchen. All in all very very mediocre. We won’t be going back anytime soon, and I’d recommend you don’t bother either. There are lots of places to spend your dining dollar and have a better experience. Hopefully they will take this feedback and do something to improve the experience for their customers. They have a lot of work to do.

   Risotto balls were delicious. The breading was great. Service was awesome. I had the chicken Parm. Again the breading was phenomenal. The atmosphere was nice. Fiancé had the pretzel crusted chicken sandwich and fries. Which were delicious also. His only complaint the fry portion could’ve been slightly bigger. Overall a good experience.

    We were at Bricco on Wednesday which is Wine night. Bottles are 1/2 price and glasses are $1 off. This was a great start to the evening, and we ordered a bottle of Joel Gott Unoaked Chardonnay. We shared the Fried Risotto Balls, and they were excellent. The delicately spicey marinara sauce was a good counterpoint to the creaminess of the risotto. I had the Shrimp Alfredo and found the roasted red pepper and caramelized onion in the sauce to really set it apart from other alfredo dishes I've had. My wife tried the Zootini with Grilled Chicken and said it was great and that she would order it again. For dessert we shared a Tiramisu, which was good, but not the best we've ever had.

    First time visiting for our daughter’s birthday, right off the bat very small beer selection only 2 on draft. We were told also, up front that they would not have a lot of selections for chicken…? It was a very big space that appeared clean my and not super busy for a Sunday. Food was good, we had risotto balls and goat cheese to start; both delicious. For meals we had pepperoni pizza, doodles with salmon and Kent jam burger- no complaints but nothing special to draw us back.

    Great kids menu. But hit or miss with refills extra plate for splitting a meal and took way too long. Cold air blowing on table not by door. Lady cleaning with bleach right by our table. Horrible experience.

    Service was poor, seemed under staffed. Pizza was burnt and when I told my server she said “do you want me to do something about it?” She should have told the manager. She needs better training. Manager did stop by prior to this happening and was very kind.

    The food was good. The cocktails were horrible mainly because they were full of ice cubes! My experience at other restaurants is they use one large round or one square ice cube per drink. The ice tea had no tea flavor and again the glass was filled with many ice cubes!

    The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. I was a bit put off by the banquette facing the host podium that was plain to see was not for customers, but a work area. We were seated and waited on immediately. The ceiling display in the entrance was interesting, but I am going to say it had not been cleaned since it was installed. Our wait person Grace was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the salmon entree' and the shrimp parmesan penne pasta. I was really looking forward to the meal. It arrived, we had to ask for bread since apparently it was not part of the experience. Both meals were flavorless. I find it telling when one has to add salt & pepper to add flavor to a dish. My husband's dish (pasta) had no real taste and the shrimp had been over-cooked. My plate, salmon, had no real flavor as well, although the salmon was cooked nicely. I was very disappointed. Their write-up does not live up to the experiance.

    It was very dark at our table as it seemed as if some of the lighting track was out. Food was excellent. The weekly special was meatloaf which was extraordinary. Staff was very nice. Took more time for our meal to come, then I would like, but the restaurant was busy. Aside from the lighting, I highly recommend this establishment.

    We had a reservation for 6:15pm. We ordered dinner with drinks and an appetizer. They brought the appetizer, it was very good. After about 20minutes they brought us a new appetizer. We told them that we already had eaten an appetizer. Then the staff began scrambling. I can only assume they lost our order. After about an hour of being seated we got our food. It was over seasoned and appeared to be rushed. The waitress apologized profusely. There was no management in sight. Our bill was close to $90 dollars for shrimp penna and very over seasoned meatloaf. The back room filled up with a party. At that point our waitress was traded to another. We were essentially forgotten. Understaffed and apparently no management.

    Everything was pretty decent, however, they seemed short staffed. Our waiter/bartender took our order all at once and did not write any of it down. I just figured maybe he’s that good… Salad came out with Italian dressing on it when I asked for ranch on the side. I still ate it and it was pretty good. Our Brussel Sprout appetizer never came out, I’m sure it would have been good tho lol. When our main entree came out, I asked about the app and he stated he totally forgot about it but would order it up if we still wanted it. We declined. We both had the rib-eye and it was on point!! For a bartender he really was not attentive to our drinks, but he did comp me a beer for screwing up the appetizer. I never mentioned the salad dressing screw up. Overall, the experience was decent and the food was delicious. P.S. It was a Tuesday night and the only beer on tap was Yuengling, everything else was out. I just found this to be odd.

    Michelle,our server is the best-however,as good as our pizza was last week was as bad as our pizza was this week-we were told it was prepared by a different chef-we asked who prepared it last week and the chef was Joe-so, I guess we need to check on the chef before we decide to dine there again or it’s a waste of money!
