Great place. Nice music and Brian is an excellent bartender and host. Food is always fantastic.
Service was excellent along with the food but our table was not welllplaced. It was in the middle of the room. Other than that all was very good
Friendly service and great food and drinks.
We are traveling to Harrisburg, PA on a weekly basis and have eaten at Bricco's several times and it never disappoints. Food and service are always top notch!
I chose Bricco after proposing to my fiancé on the river front. The staff was very attentive and gave wonderful service knowing the occasion! The food was top notch as well! We will be back!
Great as always. I am so glad that they are back and they are excellent. I had the tuna for appetizer. I had the monk fish special for dinner. Excellent, fabulous, and very tasty. The drinks were superb. My Manhattan with bulleit Rye was fantastic. They have an extensive wine list. I loved my barbera. I loved my scotch for desert. The service was superb. We can’t wait to return.
Only our 3rd restaurant experience since the shut down and it was a good one. We were greeted quickly and seating promptly. With the 25% capacity limit, there was more forced privacy than ever. Our waitress, Sam, was also on the spot, but gave us room and time to get a feel for the menu and drinks. My wife and I are not cocktail people, but a Limoncello based drink at the top of the menu intrigued us, so we bit. Very nice! We opted for the meat and cheese board to start. Very comprehensive selection with proper volumes. Went with a Sauv Blanc for dinner, and it was presented with the appetizer as preferred. They did not have our initial selection after taking the order, but Sam was quick to offer a taste of an alternative ... which didn't work. But the attempt was appreciated. Found what we wanted to enjoyed. Sam was great about keep the glasses full. I think I touched the bottle only once. My wife's Sauv Blanc chicken and my swordfish followed soon (but properly spaced) after. She was very happy with the chicken. The swordfish was an interesting collection of flavors, combining the fish, mussels and vegetables. Very nicely prepared. We still had room for dessert - so she went with a multi-bite sampler plate while I did the creme brulee. My only slight disappointment of the night as there were several different flavors piled on top that muddled the dish and ended up flattening the whole dish. Fortunately I also had a 20-year Port that more than made up for it. Sam was appropriate with the check and everything was handled smoothly. Great overall experience. If it all wasn't so expensive we'd return more often. But maybe it remains more special this way.
as always delicious food...had monk fish special & husband has veal saltimbocca..
both flavorful & moist. always a varied cocktail , wine & beer selection. Dessert was an incredible lavender creme brulee with gelato & pistachio nuts....flavors were wonderful together. enjoy the food adventure! Felt safe, tables spaced , server was attentive & wore a mask... very wonderful evening!
Went here after our wedding. Everything is a bit different with Covid in effect but we were taken care of very well and the food was incredible. The service was great and it might be out favorite place to go now
The food is simply amazing. They dilgently train local college culinary arts students....the next generation of our areas great chefs start there.
The service and food is always amazing! A very creative and delightful menu!
Awesome and delicious as always!! Never disappointed!
Tony was great! Food was delicious and enjoyable!
Brian is an accomplished bartender & top-notch waiter. House made Burrata was delish. Swordfish & salmon entrees were tasty. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect. Great appetizers (golden beet salad, grilled artichokes) , well priced wine (Chianti Classico) , delicious entrees (roasted salmon, cavatelli pasta ) and honey orange cheesecake for dessert to top it all off. We had a lovely meal. Service was attentive but not intrusive ( thank you Brian ). A great meal from start to finish.
They never disappoint
Restaurant and Staff were following all the rules for COVID19! Very friendly and wonderful service! The food was excellent! This is one of our favorite restaurants!
The food was wonderful and selected from a great varied menu. Our server was very attentive! The berry Creme brûlée for desert was fantastic as were the entrees. I had the noodles filled with lobster. The social distancing was easy as it is a large facility. Go and support local vendors. They’ve been there for over a decade I believe. It was our first eat out meal in five months so we loved it.
Crushed it. Get the filet, it’s perfect.
Great Experience. We were very happy with our meal. Will definitely go again.
We had an excellent experience! The service was phenomenal and the food was delish!
We had a wonderful time. Our servers were excellent (there was a server in training who was adorable) and the food was wonderful. They were very helpful and we had a lovely experience. Have already recommended to friends who go to Harrisburg.
Great lunch . Place was surprisingly empty.
Great experience with Barb as always! This place is a treasure!
Always look forward to an inventive menu and excellent wines. We were not disappointed. Our table started with
a tapenade..... had the risotto special which was delicious,
anther had a filet that could be cut with a butter knife & another had the vegetable ravioli in brown butter.
Wonderful as always... one of our favorite places to dine!
Food was good. Brussel sprouts were way too sweet...when I mentioned to server, no replacement was offered. Was very crowded after HSO and loud.
I’ve always known Bricco to be one of the best places in Harrisburg to go for an outstanding dining experience; but apparently my girlfriend kept thinking I was suggesting to go to another place in town that has a very similar name and would always say she would prefer to go someplace else. This time I just made a reservation and took her there for a nice night out without telling her where we were going, and she loved it! Afterwards, she asked why I had never suggested going there before.
We have had mixed experiences here, the menu was interesting but some dishes were not seasoned well and were bland, service was spotty - as the restaurant become more busy our wait staff was not able to attend to us, modest wine offerings but at good price points, parking can be a challenge,
Great meal. Great service. My wife & I used Bricco for our Valentine Dinner (belated). We were treated royally.
Been here several times for dinner and always love it. Went in for Happy Hour for drinks and Pizza. Place was packed but service and food were excellent.
Aya, Josh and GM Joe created an unforgettable evening. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere are top notch. Bricco is a true Harrisburg gem!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Great ambience. Sat in the area near the chefs, though we were off to the side. Ordered lamb chops and flatiron stake. All dishes were, for me, far too salty. It would be mentioning to add less salt unless you love salt.
A few years ago, we had one of the best steaks in my life: one with a disk of butter with truffle oil. OMG. Hopefully that comes back!
The portions were very small especially appetizers and lamb chops. Cocktail drinks were good.
I don't even know if there are words to describe this wonderful restaurant. Moving from NYC, and knowing upscale restaurants, this restaurant his all the spot starting from the moment you enter, to the server, and bartender is perfect with his drinks. Great food Chef!!!!.
Loved the location, atmosphere, and service! The appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts we had were all delicious!
I had been looking forward to our reservations here for a weeks now. We were not at all disappointed. The restaurant itself is located on an accessible corner in downtown Harrisburg, pretty much in the center of everything. We were greeted with kindness and that same service was continued through our entire meal. The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect. Gave off that feel of Little Italy that is exactly what I was hoping for. Dinner was amazing (we had the Pizza that was special that evening) and were stuffed after sharing just that. We will be back. Thanks for such a great evening Bricco Family!
My wife and I were so thoroughly pleased with our dining experience at Bricco. It was our first time to Bricco and Harrisburg. We could have been happier with our choice of restaurants. The food was delicious, well-presented, and wonderfully served. The restaurant was busy, but our service did not suffer in the least. The next time we are in Harrisburg, we will definitely return to Bricco.
Impressed with the selection and quality of the options. Worth the drive and planning to return.
Didn't have a great table we were seated right behind the hostess stand. It was Valentines day so service from the kitchen was slow. We ordered the 6 oz filet special and the beef tip pizza special. The filet was very good, however the pizza was overcooked. I wouldn't say this was a great meal, the quality of the food just wasn't worth the price we paid. Also the parking lot across the street is closed and we had to park in the parking garage a block away. Didn't feel safe getting from the parking garage to the restaurant. Based on food quality, price, and parking this is off our list of places to go.
Valentine’s Day dinner! Bricco was hoppin! Food was delicious as always. Service was great, despite the busy evening. We’ve never had a bad meal or a bad time at bricco ever since we started going here over 10 years ago. Still our favorite restaurant in Harrisburg!
