There was three of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Kelly was our server, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. All the food was on point. From the escargot app to the elk entree w the mushroom demi. The desserts were fire too, Classic creme brûlée and chocolate taurine w a pistachio creme anglaise were sooo good. We will be back. Highly recommend. 😊

Food was wonderful. All 4 of us got the petite Filet. They were all cooked as requested. We were served Rosemary Bread, which was great. We ordered the brussel sprouts, Mac & cheese and the Parmesan Fries. All were excellent. We topped it off with the cheesecake. We will definitely go back. The service was great.

We always try to eat at Briar Rose when in Breckenridge. The food is always outstanding as is the service. Recommend the filet and Yukon gold whipped potatoes. Key Lime pie was great too.

We were celebrating our anniversary. Staff was nice. Had to send our tomahawk steak back twice. Took a long time. We got 10% off and a piece of cheesecake. We will try another steakhouse in the future.

Service was outstanding. One person ordered the prime rib and it had to be sent back as it was tough and flavorless. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and a filet was quickly cooked to order and was fantastic. The USA choice ribeye was fatty but flavorful. The lamb was very good. A free desert was also offered for the inconvenience. I would definitely give this restaurant another try.

I have food allergies (gluten)that they were excellent at accommodating. Food was outstanding as was the service. Loved everything from the shrimp appetizer to the fish special to the filet to the Brussels sprouts & wine. Awesome dinner!

The creamed spinach tasted like actual bologna. All of the sides that we ordered were marginal at best. The ribeye steak I ordered was actually pretty enjoyable other than being over-cooked.

Good eats. As any place in a ski town, a bit on the pricey side. Figure $65-100 per person that includes a drink per. Food is always good and never a complaint there

The restaurant had a large party inside that got rowdy, constantly up and down and extreme loud trying to yell across the tables. Very unpleasant to sit through and not be distracted by their antics. Had a "prime" 16oz New York strip that had way more fat and gristle than it should have had. Salads were good, as were the mashed potatoes and asparagus. Wife had a filet that she liked. Restaurant offered a free desert, but $150 for dinner with tip was definitely not worth the $ this time.

This was our second visit to the Briar Rose. Everything was excellent both times. The server this time (Will) was particularly attentive and entertaining. The food (all three courses) was amazing for all diners in our party.

We visit Briar Rose every time we come to Breck (7 times now). It always offers great food in a nice atmosphere. The only reason I rated the food a 4 star this time was because two of our medium rare dishes came out as rare. They fixed them right away with no hassle. This was the only time our food wasn't quite perfect. Overall...we love this place and will be back again.
