About Brewhouse at Whistler
The Brewhouse at Whistler is one of the busiest spots in the village all year round. With a separate restaurant, bar and mezzanine, the Whistler Brewhouse is capable of accommodating groups large and small. The pub has a cozy two-sided fireplace and lots of TVs so its a perfect place to watch the game when you're tired from playing all day. Our restaurant is warm and family friendly with a great kids' menu and a huge patio for Whistler's long, hot summers.
The cuisine is an inspired and appetizing mix of barbeque and rotisserie classics with exceptional pizza and pasta options. These flavours are complimented by the range of handcrafted ales and lagers which we brew onsite.
The BrewHouse is located next door to the Celebration Plaza with commanding views of the Olympic rings.

Brewhouse at Whistler Ratings and Reviews
Really great place to get beer and yummy food. Our server Chad was awesome and super attentive. Only drawback is the value for the food. The portions of food do not match what the dishes should cost. But hey, it is Whistler Village, so you gotta almost expect it. Thanks for the good eats!
It didn't seem like there were enough servers for the size of the restaurant. We had to ask for a lot of basics, like water, condiments, ect, and then wait a long time for those things. I don't think that's fair to the serving staff.
The food did come very quickly, but it was bland and overpriced.
My Husband and I went to the brewhouse to celebrate our anniversary. My husband loves the food there. But our service was unpleasant. It took awhile for us to get served, once we order our food it took a really long time to get our food. Our appetizer came quick but our main food didnt. There was another couple beside us that arrived after us, and they received their food before we did. Our server noticed that we haven't received our food, and went to check on it. She mentioned since we order an appetizer that it slow it down??? Which is weird because the couple that arrived after us order their appetizers ( green beans) and then after received their
pizza. The couple after us left and we finally received our food. I understand that the brewhouse gets busy, but moving on forward for us, we now know that we wont come there for any special occasions.
First we were served not the food we had ordered and when was changed was very cold. The tire time the food was not great either but we could care less.Just wanted to get out as soon as possible.
Very bad experience!
Would not go back agan !
Would not recommend it!
Great beer, Great chicken pizza, Great quinoa salad!! Service a bit slow at the end of the sumer when they appeared to be short staffed like all of the restaurants in town. Someone has to make Whistler more affordable to live so that young people can afford to work there.
Great experience at the Brewhouse! We were a little early for our reservation and the manager/owner was very accommodating. The server was quick and friendly and he checked on us frequently. The food as usual was delicious (we had the Hawaiian and the BBQ chicken pizza, teriyaki chicken wings and poutine). This establishment has improved over the years and we are loving it!
Great experience at the Brewhouse, during one of the busiest weeks of the season, Christmas! We were nicely told there would be a wait for the food right off the bat, which we appreciated, and better yet the food came faster than their predicted wait time. Everyone enjoyed their food (Caesar salad, salmon chowder, burger with poutine, kids cheeseburger) and the service was good too!
We went for Christmas Day lunch so made a reservation about a week in advance. Easy to get to (a short walk from the parking lots).
There wasn't any Christmas dinner choice which would've been nice but there was plenty to chose from off the regular menu, incl veg options for my partner. I had beef burger & fries (7/10) good, but $2 extra each for cheese (really!?) & bacon was. Partner had Wild Mushroom Pizza (9/10) very tasty!
Drink selection was good.
This was my second time at the Brewhouse. The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly; the menu interesting with lots of tempting choices and of course the beer selection was excellent. Our only complaint would be the noise level. The music was very loud and made it necessary to yell to be heard. Not the best for a quiet chatty dinner.
Upon arrival staff was not attentive, or even pleasant. Waitress didn't come to table, so I went and asked for a drink from bartender who also just glared at me. Your server will come by, and I requested a drink which he never acted upon.
When server did come we were about to leave ~15 mins no service or response.
Food so so, service poor, will not refer or return.
Great service, we had our baby and when she started crying the server came and asked if she could do anything to help. The other child wanted a copy of the receipts so she got him one as well. Food was what you would expect from a brew house. Server also offered a brewery tour the following day as well.
Great spot to have dinner in Whistler. We chose this restaurant because of the reviews online and the food and table service did not disappoint.
One thing to keep in mind that google maps leads you to the Four Seasons and not this restaurant. Once we got there, we found out that my reservation was only for inside, luckily they had plenty of seats on the patio. We requested to sit at a table where the people watching was good, but they wouldn't sit us there because they keep the tables next to the fence open for people with dogs. It did put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth as there were a few of the tables along the fence open and not all the tables that were occupied were people with dogs; in fact it was noticeable that the majority did not.
The roasted chicken and ribs were awesome and the portions were quite large. I would go back again to give them a second chance.
