It was such a wonderful experience at Brennan’s. We attended for my sisters 35th birthday. The food was delicious. The service was excellent! The price was reasonable for what you were getting. I will always recommend to anyone who is visiting New Orleans to visit Brennan’s.
Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. Brennan's will continue to be one of our favorite restaurants in New Orelans.
Amazing, fun filled experience.
While the food was good, there were a few things on the menu that were not available. They couldn’t make an espresso or a chai. They didn’t have the melon salad. The service was slow. But, again, the food was good. We enjoyed everything we had.
Amazing! Ask for waiter John Rauch by name.
Great service and excellent food. The court yard is beautiful.
Bubbles and Banana Foster was excellent early evening outing
As always, delicious! The service was impeccable.
Beautiful courtyard, courteous and prompt service, delicious food!
Delicious food, friendly staff and a beautiful setting, it was a very special evening.
Amazing experience that delivered above food and service expectations. This was a real treat!
Food was just okay for the price tag put on them. Service was good— almost too clingy. We came for an early dinner, so it was quiet. I am not sure if I would return to this specific restaurant, knowing there are other greater restaurants within walking distance.
Had brunch with a few friends and everything was excellent!! The staff, the food, the outdoor courtyard is a must!! We will be back next time we are back in the city, but for dinner this time!! We are looking forward to that for sure!! Amazing experience even through these difficult times!!
Our brunch was spectacular! The champagne/ pear cocktail was so tasty, as were our main entrees. And the bananas foster did not disappoint! We will definitely return, and hopefully dine in their beautiful courtyard again.
We sat in the courtyard where the ambiance was great. The brunch menu was extensive. The food was fabulous. Drinks were festive. Dining at Brennan’s was everything I hoped it would be!
The servers were very nice and accommodating. The person at the hostess stand...I didn’t get his name, was rude! He was not friendly at all but the servers made up for his attitude and gave us very nice service. The bananas fosters was amazing. Make sure you have a reservation and your clear with your requests.
Craig was an outstanding server!
We had a wonderful breakfast at Brennan’s! This is my wife and I’s favorite brunch spot in the city. It was also her birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special.
Great service and fabulous food! They made my birthday very special and enjoyable
Always a treat. The maître d’hôtel was frazzled but hey aren’t they all. Once seated what a great experience. Waiter knew his cocktails and they came as advertised. We’re in NOLa (right?) so we had Sazeracs. Best ones we’ve ever had. Turtle soup with brandy, oyster j’aime terrific. Entrées -dusted redfish and smoked scallops perfectly done. Had to had the banana foster, perfect presentation, the waiter even suggested the slo-mo setting for our iPhone video. Now that’s a real pro.
Out of a few items and did not have many GF options. Service was slow and the
Great service ... taste was not so good
Como siempre Excelente comida servicio y ambiente
Highly recommend bananas foster, and lobster chowder
We love this iconic restaurant, but we’re so sadly disappointed with eating here on our trip from out of town. Our service was odd; I never even knew exactly who our server was, so many different people came to our table. And we didn’t order a single item that was very good. The Caesar salad was literally four tiny pieces of uncut lettuce, the shrimp appetizer included a single shrimp, the redfish was lacking in any type of flavor and just awful. I couldn’t eat it. We ended up going down the street for more food afterward.
I’d like to excuse it because of covid, but that can’t explain everything.
Invited my friend for her 30th birthday to Brennan’s. From beginning to end, so amazing! The service is next level, everyone would wish my friend a happy birthday. It was very nice! Excellent food as well! Must order to turtle soup & the bananas foster!
For any of you locals reading this review I hope that you will support the restaurant. Fine dining spots are suffering so it is imperative that we patronize such venues. They have created events and specials which make it easy to do so. I had the $55 three course lobster dinner which was outstanding. Loved the lobster chowder and the poached lobster with ravioli. The ravioli stuffed with foie gras and spare rib was so delicious I hope it becomes a permanent addition to the menu.
They have done a wonderful job maintaining safety and atmosphere. Go enjoy!
Quintessential NOLA ! Such a special place . The food and service are impeccable. Don’t skip the bananas foster . I will be back !
Decided to do the traditional NOLA Sunday brunch. Cocktails, French Toast appetizer and Eggs Hussarde. Coming back next time with friends.
Did not like the area we were seated. Service was not at the expected level. i.e. Coffee was served but no spoons at table, toke over 5 min to get spoons and milk. Also, some items on menu not available which was disappointing.
Great experience. My husband's 1st time having brunch there. Is now going to be one of our go -to's for brunch now
Top 3 meals I've had in my entire life. The staff was great, food even better, and value unparalleled.
French toast is a must.
Love love love Brennan’s! Went this time for our anniversary and they made us feel so special. Thanks again! We will return.
Brennan's made my birthday dinner very special from the minute of walking into the restaurant. Service and ambiance was amazing.
Smoked oyster dressing Caesar
But its all about the Bannanas Foster
Food and drink were truly outstanding. Service was spot on as well.
Had a perfect, safe, social distance Birthday celebration!
The service was excellent but food was mediocre.
We thought the courtyard was lovely. Our champagne cocktail was delicious and the service very nice. The menu and food were a little boring and the Redfish was mediocre.
