Food was ok. The service was great though. Overall a nice evening out. Not sure it warrants the price tag!
Brazz is one of my favorite restaurants! One of the gentlemen who work as a server there is just the absolute best. He has been working there since the restaurant opened and he is always super friendly and accommodating. I don’t eat beef or Pork and he made sure to only offer the meats that I ate. Awesome guy and good food!
Wonderful, attentive service. Delicious food on the salad bar. Excellent wine selection. Perfectly cooked meat and seasoned meats.
The meats were bland. The best portion of food we had was the shrimp from the cold bar. Service was great.
It was our first time there, but it won't be the last.
The fried polenta and cheese bread appetizer are delicious.
The meats came out fast, were plentiful and of top quality.
I've been to quite a few Brazilian places and this was at the top in terms of quality.
The meat was tender and flavorful without being too salty (often an issue with Rodizio places).
Last but not least, I wish they sold their Chimichurri - it is that good.
Great service, great food. No complaints. Come with an empty stomach!
I had high expectations for this Brazilian steakhouse having lived in Miami for several years where restaurants like this are plentiful and very good. The staff at this location were exceedingly friendly and the service was prompt. I found the salad bar to be a bit lacking in quality and freshness, some of the salads were wilted and not appealing. The delivery of the meats to the table ran rather slowly and the taste and quality was hit and miss. Some of the meats were excellent such as the flank steak but others such as a garlic rub steak were tough and not very good. The restaurant was very quiet the night that we were there, not many people at the tables and the environment seemed rather ordinary for a Brazilian steakhouse. I may give it one more shot at a future date but I'm not in a hurry to return in light of the price coming to approximately $60 per person, each of us having had one drink.
Brought my nephew who was visiting Charlotte for a training seminar. Food was great, service was ok. Had to get a food runner to find our Server. Waited too long to get refills on our drinks and the rotation of meats.
Never had an issue before. Server might have been in the weeds.
We went for my son's birthday. I think for the money we spent it could have been better. Not much atmosphere etc. food was okay.
It is a beautiful restaurant with great ambience. The staff are all friendly. We each ordered the $44.95 full dinner. The salad was good. The options in the cold salad bar were good. The meats were bland. Some of the cuts of sirloin were extremely tough to chew. Overall, my girlfriend really wanted to come here and I had never been so it was a nice place to visit once but we agreed we will not be back.
Hot bar has a lot to be desired including flavor. "salad bar" leaves your no options for a traditional salad bar.
My wife and I visited Brazz on a Friday night. Great restaurant! The host seated us and explained what they served and how it works. They have a good salad and hot bar to go along with your meal. You are offered a choice of multiple meats carved and served at your table. All of it was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and casual.
Not really a romantic atmosphere. Tables, chairs and overall decor needs to be updated. Food was well seasoned and served hot and fresh.
Incredible food and great service. A little pricey but we'll worth it for a special date or an occasion!
Had a wonderful experience, came for restaurant week. Food was very good and service was also good. My only complaint would be the slick floor.
Great place and great value when we went during restaurant week. Service gets a 2 because our server was odd, unresponsive, and forgetful. Not sure if she was extremely tired or under the influence of something. Carvers were excellent, though. I would go back and avoid this server.
Terrible food, absolutely terrible. I would not pay five dollars for the terrible quality of meats we recieved!
A lot of the meat was very dry. The service was great and workers were friendly. Would have liked more options of meat and not as dry. I would have also liked to have different levels of cooked meat aka there was no meat that was rare or medium rare.
Overall very good. Service was a tad slower than the last time we were there but we weren’t in a hurry so all was good. Hubs loved the food - All was good!!
Took my 14 year old for his birthday. We both enjoyed it quite a bit and loved all of the different meat selections. Overall, it was a great experience
The food was delicious, but be prepared to eat an uncomfortable amount to feel like you’re getting your money’s worth!
This restaurant was under staffed. A table right beside us was left dirty throughout our entire dinner. No bartender to serve drinks off the set menu although they have a full bar. Very surprised it was apart of Queen’s Feast. Overall this is an over priced Chima knock off. Over priced being the key word.
My wife and I got the Queen's Feast for Charlotte Restaurant Week. We'd never been here before. We arrived 10-15 minutes early and were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our water glasses were never empty. The meats were brought out continuously. We had to stop taking any more after a while because we couldn't possibly eat any more. The Malbec that was included with the Queen's Feast was very good.
We'll be back again.
A friend and I really enjoyed Brazz! Service and food was excellent! We came during Queens Feast and it was a real treat! We will be coming back!
We really enjoyed our dinning experience there. Everyone was so nice and friendly which made us feel comfortable and want to dine there again. Thank you
OMG..we went for Restaurant Week, 3 friends who have not gotten together in a year. The food was fantastic, the hostess courteous, the waitress knowledgeable, nice, and engaging. The meat servers were great, there was one in particular that was fun, he had my side hurting. The salad/hot bar was better than ample. I actually wanted to go back next week! Definately coming back again whether or not it’s restaurant week. I definately recommend this. More casual feeling than the other similar restaurant, which works for me.
Enjoyed my experience at Brazz during restaurant week. we've been a handful of times and the food is always delicious and plentiful
Needed a better selection on salad bar and hot bar
You know, the service was awesome! The waitress was great ! However we eat out a lot and have been to many Brazilian steakhouses and this one was just disappointing . It was restaurant week so i did feel i got the bang for my buck. However i don’t think i would come back and pay regular price . I was not impressed at all.
Absolutely amazing experience. Will definitely be coming back!
We visited Brazz for Restaurant week and had an okay experience. The salad bar ran out of leafy green salad. There was not any salmon on the hot bar like stated. I had to ask my server for the salmon. I felt that the meat was not in rotation often enough. At times we were left waiting for the meat to come around. This allowed for our food to settle so we weren't hungry enough to try all that we wanted. The pork ribs never made it to our table at all. I saw them come around maybe twice during the duration of our meal. I don't feel like we really got our money's worth for what we ate. I am not sure I would go back.
Perry the Chef is fantastic along with the entire wait staff. Lamb marinated in mint is phenomenal. If you are wanting a Brazilian steakhouse experience, pick Brazz's.
We were seated quickly with our reservation and the service, atmosphere and food were exceptional. Overall, excellent place to dine.
My husband and I really enjoyed our first visit to Brazz. He enjoyed the rice and beans, I enjoyed the filet mignon and Greek salad. The servers were on spot on with refilling our plates with meat.
Given it was restaurant week, it was staffed appropriately with staff. We arrived early for our reservation, but they immediately sat us and promptly greeted. Not as many options as the local competitor, but the overall experience in comparison was significantly better (including the price)! Great date night out!
Meats were delicious and the sides were great!
The service was not great. Our server dropped off our drinks and then we never saw her again. The food was okay but not worth what we paid. We won’t be back.
This place seemed more like a fast food restaurant than a good Brazilian steakhouse
Enjoyed VERY much. Can't wait to go back. Great food...Great service.
