Excellent. The entire experience from the perfectly prepared meats and wide selection of side dishes was fantastic. Great waitstaff. Highly recommend.

Been here many times over the years. The Dartmouth location and the Hyannis location. The Hyannis location always seems better food, service, ambience, etc. This time the Dartmouth location had horrible service. Took forever to get our sides. Took forever to receive our drinks we all kept having to ask other servers for everything we needed. Our waitress was never to be found. Would I go back of course but for what we pay 280 for 5 people you would think it be top notch

Music was a touch too loud. The Food and Service was Amazing, but personally, I don't think it was worth the money.

Very delicious food came out hot and tasted fresh, beautiful restaurant and very friendly workers.

Waitress could have been more attentive and the meat servers seemed to forget about us , especially in the beginning. We will definitely be back but not until they open up the buffet.

We love coming here all the way from RI. We have been going to this restaurant for years and this is our 3rd time during the pandemic. It seems that each time we go, the service and food keeps getting worse and worse. There are not enough options for sides. I understand we are in a pandemic but the food quality should not change. The waitress forgot about us many times and forgot some of our side order because she didn’t write it down. The meats were burnt and hard when they claim it’s well done. The mash potatoes was tasteless and the grilled vegetables was cold.

It was good to be back at Brazilian Grill it has been over a year since I was done there. I have been to 5 different Brazilian Steakhouses throughout the United States and Guam and without a doubt you are the best.

Worst dining experience we ever had. Overpriced and our table was next to a dirty mop. Additionally there was no price transparency as the QRS code took you to a takeout menu which our waitress said- oh don’t worry about the prices, none of them are correct. We will NEVER go back.

They follow the covid regulations. Really good service. They bring everything to you.

This was our 2nd time here and we will be back again for sure! My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our 4th anniversary together, The service could not have been better. Our server came over as I was taking my coat off, She was so attentive the whole night. The food started coming around just as fast. Everything was amazing and I appreciated having the sides brought to the table as opposed to the buffet style. And just when we thought we were too full for dessert..... THE FLAN!!!! 10/10.

Me and the hubby went here doe a little date night without the kids and we were very impressed with the service and the food. We can’t wait to go back

We’ve love this place normally. Service was not the best. Waited awhile for drinks. Meats were very few and far in between even after requesting. Keep in mind this is during covid. I think they may have just been understaffed and still trying to adapt to the new way of things.

This was our first time back since covid and it was great! Even though the buffet was closed they still offered most buffet items but your server brings them to the table. They were really fast, attentive and the guys bringing the meat around were very good too. They brought over every kind of meat and chicken and lamb and sausage. It was a really great experience and my family left full and happy.

It’s much better when the buffet is open for self serving. Then your not looking for a waitress constantly to get your food!

Received an email saying I never went which I did. Meat coming out was all the same continuously. Never brought 4 items offered bacon wrapped chicken and filet, lamb, chicken wings and heart. No well done pieces and when asked NEVER brought. Waitress for sides was great but meat servers horrible. Just didn’t receive what was offered and had to ask for items and still never received. Very frustrating experience.

Restaurant is very nice; nice lighting and not loud at all. We were called for our reservation quickly. The waitress Marie was very nice, but was also very busy, so she was attentive as she could be. The meats were delicious!! The servers came around often with many different choices and they were always hot and delicious! We also really loved the pineapple!! The sides weren't great. I know with Covid restrictions the buffet is closed and the choices were limited. the caesar salad, white rice and black beans were good. The cheese bread was hard, the fries and mashed potatoes were cold. We also paid for shrimp as an addition as it is not served table to table, it was so overdone you could barely peel it! Overall, it was a good experience and we will be returning, though we may wait until COVID restrictions aren't as limiting in order to get the full experience and we wont order the shrimp!

First time going to the Brazilian Grill and was very impressed. Will be back!!

If you need a neat fix, and you like your meat marinated and flavorful, this is the place. And, at lunch anyway, you can’t beat all you can eat for under $30. A great deal.

If you are a fan of meats, you must visit this restaurant, they serve rib eye, sirloin, (and more) also lamb, chicken, pork, good atmosphere and the waitresses are very friendly and aware of what you need. Highly recommended.

We have not been since before covid so we did not know what to expect. We actually ended up liking it a lot more than we thought. We do enjoy the buffet because there are so many options and you can actually see what the foods look like. The way it is now, picking from a list and getting small dishes served to you was nice but they did not have a lot of a selection like normal. Overall we enjoyed it and the food was great like always.

Very short staffed and tables seemed to close together. Little pricey. Lots of crying children. Food was good though.

We are regulars and have been since it opened. Delicious food and friendly staff. Definitely worth going to. Highly recommended.

Everything from the food to the service is amazing! Must try the steak and cheese special and the pineapple!
