I forgot how much I love this restaurant - we all did - we cleaned our plates from start to finish! The fact that it's in one of my favorite museums is just the icing on the cake (which reminds me - the dessert I had was the best I've had in a very long time)

We waited over 45 minutes for mediocre food. It's too bad...it's a wonderful space, quiet, comfortable, but the food should be better. And there should be salad options for lunch.

Perfect place to relax after (or during) taking in the MFA. Food was good, live piano and bass were enjoyable . We snuck brunch in right in the middle of our Museum tour. Perfect place to relax with a cocktail and reenergize for the second half of our visit. Pricey, but since we only make it to the MFA once or twice a year, well worth it.

Bravo is quiet, elegant and on the Saturday we went there was a two piece jazz ensemble with a wonderful repertoire. The food was delicious and the service was a good combination of solicitous but not intrusive. This is as good choice even if you are not planning a museum visit.

Food and the atmosphere met our expectations. There were insufficient numbers of waitstaff. Service was painfully slow waiting for our appetizer and then our main course.

Went for Valentine's Day. The food was outstanding. We ordered entree and one appetizer from the specials, and one appetizer from the regular menu. The tahini squash appetizer was wonderful. The foie gras Torchon was also fantastic. We ordered the beef for two special, and it was phenomenal. (Enough for four meals; glad to take half home!) The only downside was our server. She was sweet, but had problems keeping things on track. We sat for a long time before she took our order, then a long time for bread, etc. (Total time for meal was two hours) She forgot to bring the spinach we ordered, but it was not on the bill. We weren't terribly upset as we were having a wonderful conversation, but the people around us were. (And we could tell other servers were doing better) She comped an appetizer as an apology for the slowness. We will definitely go again, but recommend that if you dine here, be prepared for a longer meal.

As usual, a delightful mid-day meal in the lovely setting of Boston’s MFA.
