Very enjoyable, except for the waitress. Pushy and tried to upsell every menu item
We stumbled upon a gem in this restaurant and was completely satisfied with the service, price and quality of the food
Our server was fantastic, which made for a wonderful experience from the start.
Excellent meal, yet again!
We had been told that this was a good pizza place. Made reservations as that is what we usually do. No need for it, it was sadly almost empty. Food was good, but wine way too hot. Please get a cellar! Service was ok. Felt like we were bothering the waitress......! Would go back.
Great food and great service. We will definitely go back!
We made reservations and arrived on time and were seated quickly. At first, our server seemed attentive and we received our drinks and appetizers in a reasonable time. However, we had to wait 50 minutes after finishing our appetizers for our main courses. We had reservations for 5 pm and the restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived, nor was it busy when we left. Clearly, our server forgot about us, and our meal, but tried to make it seem as though the kitchen staff forgot to make our food. It was also clear that when she brought our food, it had been sitting under heat lamp or in an oven so it could be "warm". It wasn't warm. My pizza was dry and cold and my husband's $36 lamb main course was also cold. It was obvious that our server forgot our meals and didn't care. She couldn't be bothered to apologize either. Please, if you're reading this, don't eat here. Your money and time is better spent at a restaurant where staff will treat you with respect and pay enough attention and make sure your food gets to you in an appropriate amount of time.
Bravo was not up to it's usual standard this past Tuesday night. A member of our party inquired about the soup of the day and was told there was only one bowl left- creme of mushroom, hardly a 'soup of the day.' The same fellow ordered a beer- which they were out of. While the food was as good as always it took a VERY long time to arrive on a not busy mid-week off season evening. Our server (Daytona, who was excellent) tried to put a good face on it but it was evident that something has happened to Bravo since my last visit. I would give them another chance as this has been my first less than excellent experience there and I am hoping that this is not another great place in NF whose lustre tarnishes till it just fades away.
Have been there many many times a s always has superb service. This last time our appetizers came before our drinks and the garlic bread was terrible the cheese was not melted properly and not very garlicy as the previous times. We were embarrassed as told our friends how wonderful the food was. We did two staff and got one garlic bread taken off our bill as we had 2 breads. Maybe change in kitchen staff bit as I said many many times before the garlic bread was so delicious.
Calamari was tender and mussels were very good and tasty. Both were perfectly cooked. Serving for both dishes were generous. Server was very friendly and attentive. Pricing was reasonable. If we are in the area again, we will likely go back.
We had a lovely time at Bravo. Food delicious. Service excellent. Love this restaurant!!
If you like thin crust pizza, then this is a gem in Niagara. Close to the Falls and Casino, it is a reasonably priced place with good quality food.
Food and service were excellent. Wood fired pizzas are very good.
Great food...great service. Our server Mo was great. Very helpful.
We very much enjoyed our meal! My husband had the lasagna and he said it was one of the best he had ever had. The service was excellent we will definitely go back the next time we visit Niagara.
We were in Niagara Falls for a girls getaway. All 6 of us were blown away by our meals and service. Our server Lydia was great! We’d definitely recommend this restaurant.
The meal was excellent as always and served quickly and politely as necessary at lunch.
Excellent service. Great food. Decent prices. Awesome beer selection!
Servings were way too big. Our meal came in a timely manner but the people beside us left without eating due to their order being lost. They gave up after waiting about 75 minutes.
We waited over an hour for our meal, which is ridiculous. The manager was unfazed by our complaint. The table next to us refused their meal after waiting an hour as well. Food was so-so, not worth the wait. We rarely got drink refills or checked on.
Skip it. The pizza is not that good. Waitress was overly chatty and provided terrible
Blue service to make up,for it.
Really delicious food, excellent Service and nice Restaurant. I really like the half open kitchen so you can watch how your Pizza is made.
Ordered a vegetarian wrap and it had chicken in it. I never had chicken before, as I am a vegetarian. Plus, I had to pay for it, so I would not recommend this restaurant.
Pretty good for the area. We were in the Fallsview Doubletree, able to walk over in just a few minutes. The Caprese salad was quite good. We also enjoyed a wood fired Barese pizza.
Service was interesting. Our server was a bit quirky, with unique comments. My favorite was when we said we were not going to take the last two slices of pizza with us, she replied "well, I guess I'll just throw them in the trash" - conveying disappointment with tone and eye-roll.
The tables outside were nice during a light traffic time of day.
This was our first time at your restaurant although we have lived in the falls for 4 years.
We enjoyed our meal but we had a problem with the timing of our appetizers and entrees. It took 45 minutes to get our appetizers. The apps were at our table for no more than 3 minutes when the entrees came. I did send them back and they were good about apologizing and bringing them back at an appropriate time when we were finished with the apps. It was a Sunday evening and I didn't think it was that busy that it should have taken so long to get our apps.
We made reservations for 8:30pm and were seated immediately. We were in vacation with our children, 6 and 12, and all we ordered were two kids meals and two entrees. We were not served until 10pm and my 6 yr old fell asleep before his meal arrived. They blamed it on two large parties that came in. To be fair, they gave me a free beer, took the kids meals off the bill, gave us free desert and a meat platter to take with us. We would go again but would go much earlier next time.
Abysmal service: Over the course of a 2.5 hour meal, waiters did not once voluntarily check on our beverages. Moreover, when asked, waiter took upwards of 30 minutes (and several more requests) to serve water.
Extremely lackluster food: Not one individual in our party of 10+ enjoyed their food. We have visited Bravo numerous times in the past, but it was apparent to us that the quality of food and, per my last point, service has clearly deteriorated.
All in all, I think that we will forego any future visits to this restaurant. A shame, considering how highly we had previously held it.
The 2 pizzas we ordered were good but a tad soggy in the middle. The risotto and chicken caprese were excellent. The service was great and staff very friendly
As always - a great go-to place for Great Food, Good Service with a Fantastic Patio
The restaurant was amazing. They had table ready before we walked in. Our server was fantastic. Kept checking in with us. Quality of food was incredible. And no noise at all. There were two large groups near my group of 4 and they were not loud at all. Great experience! It was my first time using the app! So easy.
