Brave New Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
The food and the service was excellent. Our server explained all of the specials and was able to answer all of our questions about menu items. I had the Salmon which was the best I have had, it was perfect.
Only reason why I gave 4 stars on value was the price, but given the food and service I will still come back.
One of Little Rock's very best dining options—the specials are always wonderful; we had scallops and tuna, both top-drawer, as good as it gets. Vegetables always interesting and well prepared. A chocolate creme brulee among the best I've ever had. The service was perfect and despite a full house on one of the busiest nights of the year (New Year's Eve), we again had a memorable experience.
We have been to Brave New several times, but this was our worst experience. My wife and I couldn’t hear each other at our table due to being seated right next to the hostess desk. People waiting for tables were literally bumping my chair as they were waiting to be seated. The food was good as usual, but our overall experience was poor due to the noise and seating.
We went to dinner on New Years Eve and everything was perfect. One of the daily specials was walleye, which I haven't had in YEARS. It was so delicious, melt-in-your-mouth tender and served with roasted potatoes and half a grilled tiny zucchini. Just perfect! Wish I had taken a picture....but it looked and smelled so enticing, I just ate!
Ben was our waiter and was excellent at explaining tHe menu choices and also gave us time to decide. He checked back often enough to make sure we had what we needed and that we were pleased with the food. Overall it was a great experience and the food was beautiful and tasted great.
We love this restaurant. The food is always delicious no matter what we order. There is a good variety of foods to choose from. Service is always excellent. There aren't many nice restaurants where the owner/chef usually visits your table to make sure everything is satisfactory.
As usual Peter and his staff provide a dinning experience that is second to none. The food is fresh and prepared professionally and artfully and is always consistent. One of our favorites places for us to dine and we love to bring out of town/out of country family and friend here.
A friend who has lived in NY and Boston came from Texas, and wanted to take us for "the best steak in LR".
I recommended BNR since I took my teen age grandson there for a steak.
He checked and found out you are the best in AR. We were especially impressed with our server, Ben Hughes. I'd like to visit with him sometime. If he wants to reach me,

We will be back.'We didn't eat steak.
We had the venison and the tuna it was the perfect sharing meals! The venison was amazing and the tuna was the best we've ever had! The pecan pie was to die for, the perfect meal for a much needed date night with my hubs! Thanks Peter Brave and team!!
We were out celebrating our anniversary. Food and service was excellent. My wife had the scallops which were perfectly cooked as always. I had the Hawaiian Ahi tuna seared rare and was fabulous to the last bite. The pecan praline bread pudding was amazing.
Great food from beginning to end with a nice atmosphere for evening dining, quiet with excellent wait staff. The only negatives are the communication and location of this business. Not from this area, and dining with someone who was, we each experienced difficulty identifying where RNR was actually located. There is virtually no signage, and the business is located in a building set back and not discernable as having businesses within. The parking is someone minimal, and it was not clear or readily visible that there were cars parked in this area signifying the restaurant might be located within the building. Once you know where this business is at, and have enjoyed dining at it, I am quiet sure the location would no likely be a factor in deciding to return. We dined at night, which made the atmosphere within quite nice, but we could not see what might very well be a nice view that would be available during the day. The tables, lighting, atmosphere, small bar, and staff were well done and helped make the evening quite special. I do not recall the name of our waiter; however, he did a wonderful job and was tremendously professional, sincere and helpful. He really added to a wonderful evening.
