                              Das Ambiente ist einem französischen Bistro nachempfunden, im wörtlichen Sinn, da die gesamte Einrichtung aus einem alten Bistro in Südfrankreich nach Berlin gebracht wurde. Im ansonsten recht plüschig eingerichteten Hotel Ritz Carlton kommt die Brasserie also recht entspannt daher. Der Service ist freundlich, effizient und völlig tadellos. Das Menü ist nicht sonderlich reichhaltig, aber dafür sind die Speisen perfekt zubereitet. Eine angenehme Oase der Ruhe und Zivilisation im Trubel des nahegelegenen Potsamer Platz. Die Preise sind für die Qualität und den Ort angemessen - immerhin befindet sich die Brasserie in einem fünf Sterne Hotel.

                              Maybe would be good at other times, but when we went there were only about 8 people in what is a very large area, which drastically impacts the ambiance.

                              Das Ambiente gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle, man muss aber ehrlich sein, dass die Raffinesse im Detail liegt, etwa die Boulangerie, die direkt in Südfrankreich abgebaut und hier eingebaut werden. Außerdem waren wir mittags zur Kernzeit gekommen, wo es sehr voll war. Die Bedienung ist immer freundlich, manchmal aber spürbar überlastet. Der Espresso war Spitzenklasse!

                              Großartiges, modernes Menü und eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung. Lediglich die Getränkepreise eempfandn wir als überteuert. Ein schönes Glas Champagner gehört zu einem feinen Menü einfach dazu, jedoch nicht für 21 bis 24 € pro Glas...
