Brasserie 19, located in Houston’s 77019 neighborhood, offers a modern amalgamation of French brasserie fare and well-known American influences. The menu utilizes the freshest seasonal ingredients in thoughtfully prepared dishes. Brasserie 19 boasts an expansive, carefully developed wine list dedicated to pricing just above retail – a philosophy pioneered by owners Charles Clark and Grant Cooper upon opening their first restaurant, Ibiza Food & Wine Bar. Brasserie 19's sophisticated yet unpretentious interiors are bathed in cool greys and whites, with antiqued wood and white marble used throughout. Grey leather banquettes and comfortable chairs are paired with white linen and butcher paper-covered tables create a casually elegant setting for lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch. Brasserie 19 will serve lunch and dinner 7 days a week, as well as brunch on Sundays.

Sunday brunch is my favorite with the grapefruit mimosas and the breakfast options. I was disappointed this time with the service . The server was more interested in hanging out with his co workers than paying attention to his customers.

I've been here 5 times in the last year and it's one of my favorite restaurants!! Celebrated my birthday & valentines with my handsome date. It has become one his favorite restaurants too, and he has a very delicate and refined pallet. Our waiter was Jeremy, and he was wonderful!

Great service even in Valentine’s Day. Specials were fantastic and a great surprise on a holiday . Instead of a restricted special menu , the chef had many specials off the
Menu and the full menu. Wonderful date night

Delicious food, great service, rose petals, candlelight, champagne and red wine made our Valentine's dinner memorable. The branzino is amazing. Recommend the nutella crepe for dessert.

It wasn’t the best. I might go back again though. It was highly recommended by a number of different people but the food wasn’t spectacular considering the price.

Good place to take your friends or family if you know you tend to get loud (like our group). Food was good. Generous pours on the wine were appreciated.

Our service from Rob was great. He was attentive but not pushy or a nuisance.
It was really warm in the restaurant. Both my date and I were sweating by the end of our soup course.

Over all a fun experience and interesting people watching. Goods bar drinks and nice waitress. However the Lobster Bisque was in reality just tomato soup! Will never order that again.

We were disappointed in the service offered.
The staff, front desk, bar staff and table waiter seemed aloof and had the attitude that we were lucky to be there.
Food was OK but not what we expected from a French themed restaurant.

The food at Brasserie 19 was excellent, but the service was shockingly bad. Even with a reservation, we waited more than 15 menus for menus and drink orders after being seated, and the restaurant was far from full. After a considerable wait, we self-served menus from the hostesses area, and she appeared to be indifferent about the fact that we still had no menus. The waitress was pleasant but not knowledgable about the menu, and the service was slow. Great food, but with so many outstanding restaurants in the area, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I picked this place for our anniversary lunch, Adrian was our waiter, him and the rest of the staff is super friendly, we went there for lunch, had tuna tartare, onoin soup and soup du jour (it was cauliflower cream) lunch filet mignon and nicoise tuna salad all together with a bottle of Stags Leap CabSauv.
ambiance is the best, quiet, my younger son loved the oysters, will try to go back soon.
