Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
This was a night with old friends who had never been and was meant to be a great experience.
The food is awesome the salad/appetizer bar is awesome with enough choices you can get full easily.
The server was great in getting us what we needed. This visit the server was a little slower showing up after we were seated than I'm used to here.
They have rocks on the table painted red on one side and green on the other. Green means bring on the skewers of meat. Read means pass me by I need to pause.
In the past I have had several different people bring the meat by but not this time.
Seems we had a dedicated person (not the server) to bring us the skewers. I guess this is to ensure we get the temperature of meat we like. In any case this person seemed to ignore the color of the rocks and brought meat where all rocks were red. This was not normal. Not sure if he could see them or not because it was a little dare and the paint was faded on the rock.
The food was superior and the variety was impressive. A little noisy but you cold tell everyone in the restaurant was having a good time.
Great place for group meals be it a business, birthday or other occasion.
Oh yeah the bar has a piano music some evenings. Great bar tenders. Wine list impressive.
Overall it was awesome and my friends left impressed.
Bring your appetite! Impossible to leave hungry.
Brasa, please do better on recognizing the rock next time.
I will be back.
Disappointed with service as we had to continually ask for the meats to be brought to our table. There were some we never had a chance to try. Buffet was just ok. For the price, I expected more choices at the food bar. I paid $40 for salad! May not be returning...
We were very excited to go enjoy dinner as the restaurant looks so beautiful from the outside. The waitress was very nice. The food was horrible. Flavorless and tough. We spent 30 minutes at our table and left as we had no desire to waste any more time.
We have eaten here several times. The food did not seem as good. Many of the meats were very dry (chicken and pork). We had to ask to have the beef brought to us. The cold bar did not have a lot of variety as compared to the past. Overall, a lot of money for mediocre food.
This is my second time to this restaurant in the past 12 months and this particular visit was disappointing. The service was poor, it seemed as if the staff was poorly trained. They struggled to cut the meat at the table, dull knives and the staff did not seem to know how to make a proper cut. The meet was at best only warm and in one case was refrigerator cold. When we raised this issue to the wait staff we were brought a different cut of meat that was then served on top of the piece that we complained about. The servers were gone for extended periods of time and the overall quality of the food was low. Again, my sense was that the staff was poorly trained and poorly managed. I will not return, there are too many other well managed restaurants in the area.
This was a first time visit. What an experience! I was at wow! Before I even entered inside. Once inside, the ambiance was fantastic. Great music and friendly staff. The experience was more than I imagined it would be. I've already told others about my wonderful experience and how the food was absolutely delicious! I will be return soon! Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.
I have eaten at Brazilian steakhouses all over the US and this one had the best ambiance. I also loved that the "gauchos" were assigned by table. I've never seen that before, but it ensured that we got to taste everything, and got more of exactly what we wanted.
It was good, but I was used to the atmosphere of the one in charlotte where it’s a destination restaurant & people make an event of it. There were a lot of people dressed in t shirt & jeans loading up plates like there was no tomorrow. I guess we were looking for it to be more relaxed & higher endish comparable to the one in charlotte.
