About Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara Falls
Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.
The gourmet buffet features over 70 hot and cold items to accompany your meal including Brazilian-style potato, corn bread and polenta. Brasa is the best place to experience a taste of South America.
Brasa is also home to a sophisticated wine collection with a fully enclosed, two–storey wine room containing an extensive selection of world-renowned wines.

Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara Falls Ratings and Reviews
In my reservation I specifically stated it was a special birthday occasion. no one acknowledge my request and when I asked the wait staff they didn't do anything and looked at me like I had a third eye. I was unhappy with the service, the food was cold and super salty. not to mention that the meat took forever to come around and if they did they never stopped at our table even though our chips were green. very frustrating. I think that will be the last time we go to brasa.
My husband and I went for our honeymoon, and I felt like because of age we got discriminated because we looked "too young" even thought we are in our mid 20s. We felt like we didn't get the service we would have liked because of it. We got skipped a couple of times even when we had our tab flipped to green. Also, my husband got raw meat. We understand that the meat is rare-well done. But this was raw, too raw that the server should have removed it and got him a better slice.
It was Saturday night to be fair, but had to wait at least 30 minutes after reservation to be seated.
Waiter was phenomenal, very personable and enjoyable to deal with.
Some of the food was incredible, but some of it was disappointing. A lot of the meat was overcooked in my opinion. When it wasn't, damn it was good though.
Would have rated 4 instead of 3 if it weren't so expensive.
The workers here made the night very special. They were attentive without being intrusive. They were polite and knowledgeable. They took great care to make our dining experience amazing. The food was phenomenal.. I don't think I ate for the next 24 hours lol. I especially enquired Cesar. I would love to go again
This was my fourth visit to this location, an annual trip for me. I was blown away for the first three. Very disappointed this time. Although the service was great, most of the meat was dry and overcooked. Certainly not the way it had been in the past. Definitely didn't meet the expectations my friend had after I talked about it for days. Likely not going back.
By far one of the nicest and most professional venues to entertain clients or celebrate a special event. Brasa Niagara is the nicest compared to other locations. The staff is highly attentive and professional. Live entertainment and immaculately clean Buffett area. A very well managed venue. Only conpaint is Hilton tacks on a hotel tax to your bill.
I come to Brasa everytime I'm in Niagara its my favourite restaurant in there . Normally I go to Niagara 5 to 6 times a year . This time I was not impressed the side dishes were ok but the meat was not the greatest. The biquana has way too much fat the chicken wrapped in bacon was way over cooked like gum and so on not a good experience .
hi there , I'm glad u sent this email to me because I was actually wanting to write to u guys ... me and my wife have been to Brasa about 6 or 8 times in the last maybe 2 years since hearing about it ... we have always absolutely loved the food and we r always telling people about it and suggesting they go ... for months and months now we have been promising to take my dad who also loves good food and bbq'd meat to boot ... we brought him this past Saturday and me and my wife were unfortunately quite disappointed especially after telling my dad for so long how much he is going to love it ... the women who served us was wonderful and the guys who brought the meat to the table were all good , it was the food that for the very first time was not .. every time we have visited before I would have to say that ALL the meat has been cooked
perfectly and filled with so much flavour , however , this time the far majority of beef was overcooked and seemed dried out , just not very tasty ... the worst part of it all was the feature of the night filet mignon wrapped in bacon , each time we got it , it was well done , dried out and actually kind of tough ... the chicken was still really good ... I have always been someone who never minds paying a lot when something is really good ... I never leave a restaurant complaining of the price when I really enjoyed the food , to me its well worth it and one of the ways I like to spend my money ... for the three of us , with my dad having a glass of wine , my wife a virgin caeser and myself a coke our bill was $ 244.00 ... we left a $ 40.00 tip ( we all really liked the women who served us ) for a total of $ 288.00 ... I felt really ripped off for the first time going to Brasa ... at the time, we had already planned to come with friends Thursday Dec. 28th , the two couples we would b bringing have never been ... for that price I'm not sure I want to take that chance again .... thanks for reading , donnieb .
Excellent food at a buffet restaurant, we were absolutely stuffed when we left. The waiters and gauchos were polite, fast and helpful. The only negative that we had about our visit was the cost, but we knew what the cost was going to be when we made the reservation. I would love to go on a regular basis but, it is not in our budget.
Me and my girlfriend went for our second anniversary and we were both thrilled with the service, food , drinks. All staff were very eager to please also extremely efficient! Love the atmosphere down to the two man band at the front which by the way we’re playing some really great songs! Me and my significant other are definitely coming back to BRASA !
We had a reservation for 7:45pm which I made almost 2.5 months ago. We arrived a few minutes early and were told our table wasn’t ready and were given a pager. Our table became ready around 8:15. While I understand those who didn’t have a reservation were being told it was a 2.5 hour wait I don’t think you should have to wait 30 mins with a reservation.
The waiting area is not appealing. There is no where really to stand where you aren’t always in the way. Because it’s a hotel you’ve got ppl trying to get by with suitcases and ppl walking around in pyjamas, robes and swim suits.
Once in side the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The meats were very well cooked. Some meats advertised on the menu never came around and most came around 4/5 times. The salad bar was lovely and had warm food options as well.
We would return but suggest they need to improve their reservations system. Maybe it was a 1 off time but since no one explained anything I assume it was their system.
While not our first visit to Brasa, this was by far our most memorable. The menu and salad bar was fresh and inviting and the selection of meat on the rounds were plentiful. Exactly what you would expect from a Brazilian Steakhouse. The one flaw in the service was the chicken, again. It would appear as though they are unable to get this one protein right as all of our experiences here have been dry chicken. However, the rest of the meats were fantastic and well received.
The evening was made "exceptional" by the service we received from Joe. He was attentive and very eager to please without being intrusive or annoying. His helpfulness with our wine selection was welcomed and he ensured our evening "flowed". Thank you Joe.
Enjoyed the dinner but did not apreciate the extra charge for the tourism fee added to my bill. I was not asked about it and the fee is not autorized by any government official it is a fee businesses have decided to add to customers without authorization from the government making it look like a tax to avoid customers asking about it
I believe is a fraud on business who charge this fee without being authorized by any government agency to make it look like a tax to tourists. Tourist already pay the high price of amenities and entertainment in the area the to tourism compared to prices anywhere else
Great, quick service. Lots of salads and veg options at the salad bar. Lots of meat delivered hot and cut right at the table for you. If you leave this place hungry it's your own fault. A little on the expensive side, but a nice place for a special occasion.
My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with our first time experience there and summed it up in one word...WOW!!!!
The food was phenomenal!
I enjoyed my glass of wine and he said his pale ale beer was very good.
We had never been to a restaurant with that type of concept before and we have been raving about it to our family and friends and I even posted it on my Facebook.
We asked one of the gauchos for the brand name of the knives being used because we liked how easily it cut through the meats.
We will certainly be back in the future. It's a lot more than we would normally spend at any restaurant, but worth it for a very special occasion which this was for us. And our server, Neetasha, did a fabulous job making us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was sweet enough to even take an amazing picture of us, at our request. We appreciate that gauchos let other gauchos know when we were waiting for a specific type of meat or the ever so delicious grilled pineapple when they were not close by at that moment.
We will always remember our time there.
Overrated restaurant. Overpriced for quality of service and food. Roasted meat is carried throughout the restaurant on large skewers. Moving from table to table subject to Air borne germs. The buffet consisted of over cooked poached salmon. Dried out seafood medley and cold “mashed potatoes”. Our bill was over $156 for two. And after eating the fish and potatoes I totally lost my appetite.
Not an experience I want to repeat👎
