About Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara Falls
Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.
The gourmet buffet features over 70 hot and cold items to accompany your meal including Brazilian-style potato, corn bread and polenta. Brasa is the best place to experience a taste of South America.
Brasa is also home to a sophisticated wine collection with a fully enclosed, two–storey wine room containing an extensive selection of world-renowned wines.

Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara Falls Ratings and Reviews
Enjoyed the dinner but did not apreciate the extra charge for the tourism fee added to my bill. I was not asked about it and the fee is not autorized by any government official it is a fee businesses have decided to add to customers without authorization from the government making it look like a tax to avoid customers asking about it
I believe is a fraud on business who charge this fee without being authorized by any government agency to make it look like a tax to tourists. Tourist already pay the high price of amenities and entertainment in the area the to tourism compared to prices anywhere else
Great, quick service. Lots of salads and veg options at the salad bar. Lots of meat delivered hot and cut right at the table for you. If you leave this place hungry it's your own fault. A little on the expensive side, but a nice place for a special occasion.
My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with our first time experience there and summed it up in one word...WOW!!!!
The food was phenomenal!
I enjoyed my glass of wine and he said his pale ale beer was very good.
We had never been to a restaurant with that type of concept before and we have been raving about it to our family and friends and I even posted it on my Facebook.
We asked one of the gauchos for the brand name of the knives being used because we liked how easily it cut through the meats.
We will certainly be back in the future. It's a lot more than we would normally spend at any restaurant, but worth it for a very special occasion which this was for us. And our server, Neetasha, did a fabulous job making us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was sweet enough to even take an amazing picture of us, at our request. We appreciate that gauchos let other gauchos know when we were waiting for a specific type of meat or the ever so delicious grilled pineapple when they were not close by at that moment.
We will always remember our time there.
Overrated restaurant. Overpriced for quality of service and food. Roasted meat is carried throughout the restaurant on large skewers. Moving from table to table subject to Air borne germs. The buffet consisted of over cooked poached salmon. Dried out seafood medley and cold “mashed potatoes”. Our bill was over $156 for two. And after eating the fish and potatoes I totally lost my appetite.
Not an experience I want to repeat👎
Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit. Service was excellent. Even the manager found time to drop by to say "Hello". Food was superb while the ambience of the dining room was both classy and comfortable. We enjoyed a memorable evening and will definitely be back. Thanks to all involved.
Having a nice anniversary dinner with my wife was the occasion. We have been to other Brazilian Steakhouses and the food here was very bland. We tried all the cuts of meat and were bland. The service was not great either as we had to wait long times between getting our drinks refilled and requesting certain meats took way too long. It is priced like a fine dining establishment but the quality of food and service did not match our expectations...
not impressed with the selection of meat, the feature that night was bacon wrapped filet which only came around once in the hour and a half we were there, same with the lamb only once and that was after asking our hostess to see if we could get some. the chicken, sausage and pineapple (cheaper items) were offered several times. we ordered a bottle of wine which we finished, we were considering getting another bottle but the server told us you can get a 9oz. glass if you don't want a full bottle, she failed to tell us that 2 glasses ($34) was the same cost as a bottle! not impressed, wont be back! will go to the Keg next time at least i know what im getting there, i don't have to beg for food.
My daughter and I were there for my 50th birthday. Our server was fantastic! I don't know if my daughter told him or he overheard us, but he wished me a happy birthday and comped my dessert. The hot and cold tables (sides) had options for everyone and the meats came to the tables fast and furious! The meats.....ah the meats.....cooked to perfection! Everything tasted fantastic! A definite new favorite!
I was very disappointed in the food. The selection on the menu was definitely not what came out . All night was the same 3 meats. And when the meat came it was either so over done that it was hard and cold or so raw that I thought it would get up and walk off my plate .
The food, service and atmosphere was fantastic! I love the disk concept so you are offered tastings when you are ready and can just enjoy in peace when you are having a break. The servers were so courteous and helpful. They were excellent!
The only change I would have made was by the host (person who seats you). I requested a "quieter" table in a corner or off to the side (we don't like being squished in a centre table in between other parties). They sat us right beside the servers station when there was another table for two right on the other side that was open.
Other than that minor detail, the experience was excellent. We would definitely dine here again!!
Good food and fabulous service.
Our server Rachel was excellent
The servers bringing the meat to the tables were very helpful and knowledgeable
Great selection at the salad bar.
Only draw back was the table were were seated at was really close to another table.
Service and ambiance was excellent. Beautiful restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. Pineapple very good. They came around a lot with a variety of meats. Salad Bar is not good for this price. Very bland and plain. Dessert is not included. Will not return or recommend to anyone.
We had a fun time at Brasa. It was our first time. Was there celebrating my birthday. The place was very busy and noisy but had a lively atmosphere. Enjoyed the authentic Brazilian cusine and all you can eat meat. Certainly not a place to go to if you are a vegetarian. Desserts are extra. I was not so crazy about the tourist tax that was added on my bill just because it is in Niagara Falls. I would go back again, but only for a special occasion as it is quite pricey at $60 per adult and $20 per child (over 5 yr old).
We love coming to The Falls. But after having the vallet clean out my car of all the coins handful of toonines and loonies its turned me off. The perk of this Restaurant is you free valet at the Hilton. This happened the last time i stayed at the hilton. I thought i was just mistaken. But this time i counted what was there. And sure enough. Stolen. Its not a lot of $$$. Its the principle.
my wife and I stayed at the Hilton Fallsview for our 25th wedding anniversary. We looked online and Braso was highly recommended, so we decided to have dinner there. It was not anything like we expected. Don't get me wrong the food is very good, as was the service. The issue was that it was a really fast pace dining experience, and not really very relaxing. So if you are looking to eat a lot of food in a short period of time by all means go there. If you want a quiet atmosphere that is a little more leisurely stay away.
This was our first experience with a Brazilian Steakhouse. Food was good. We felt very rushed. Even when our disc was turned to the red side were offered food numerous times. Our server was fantastic. If we did it again we would bring more people and spend more time enjoying the great dinner.
