About Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara Falls
Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.
The gourmet buffet features over 70 hot and cold items to accompany your meal including Brazilian-style potato, corn bread and polenta. Brasa is the best place to experience a taste of South America.

Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara Falls Ratings and Reviews
We made reservations for Valentines Day, arrived 30 minutes early and they accommodated us without issue. At first they brought us past several open tables to a back area which felt almost like we were in a different establishment. Plain painted walls and very bright lights. We asked if we could be seated back in the main area and our server was able to arrange this. Thank you.
This has become my wife's most requested venue as the salad bar is very extensive and offers many options she enjoys. The food is always flavorful and in good supply but this location does have an issue with not being able to cook chicken. It is always very dry. However, we go for the lamb and the beef so the chicken is not a big deal.
My biggest complaint is the wine list. While they have a very well stocked "wine room", most items are not on the table list, which is very mundane and over priced. I don't mind paying a premium for a great bottle which is not readily available but $97 for a $20 Sancere is a bit over the top. Be sure to look through the wine window and you will see where the good stuff is.
A bit pricey but well worth it!
Well stocked salad bar complete with delicious hot choices. The smoked salmon is wonderful.
The main attraction though, are the number of Gauchos serving a wide variety of delicious meats, including mouthwatering cuts of beef, pork, lamb, poultry, sausages, all served right to your table on command. On command means you simply turn the provided disc to the green side and the Gauchos will come to your table to offer their cuts of meat and slice it directly off their long skewer and onto your plate. Flip the disc over to the red side when you wish to pause on the meat servings and you will not be bothered by the Gauchos. Flip it back to green and the meat service resumes. Ask any of the Gauchos for a specific meat and they will send the appropriate server carrying your wish over to your table immediately.
Great place for special occasions! My wife and I celebrated Valentines there this month.
I WILL NEVER NEVER recommend this to anyone. It is HIGH ROCKET EXPENSIVE and NOT WORTH IT!!!!! We had a reservation for 4.We came all the way from Toronto to experience their food. Prepared our tummy for the melt in the mouth BBQ (NOT). Very very frustrating and disappointing!! Meat are all VERY VERY TOUGH!! they started going around offering the meat. This is the worst BBQ meat we ever had. its tougher than the lowest quality meat.. after 5 different kind of bbq meat, we had to leave and told the server the meat are tough, and he just said "oh".. and I had to pay over $170 . The drink they said their top of the line.. the strawberries in the drink wasnt even fresh and you can just taste all water and ice.. Since my daughter and her husband are still checking in, I had to call her and inform them not to come anymore. Told her we are better off going to Frontier Smoked BBQ house. Its way less cheaper and their brisket is melt in the mouth. The real melt in the mouth..You can imagine we didnt stay in your restaurant for more than 5 mins. You should be ashamed that you have charged me $170 for not being able to east your food!.. .. DO NOT COME AND WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! WE ARE VERY UPSET!! You know how bad it was.. you will enjoy eating either at Timmies or McDonald.. :)
loved Brasa. The food was amazing. Our waiter friendly and knew the wine menu well. The extra touches for valentines (chocolate rose and champagne) was a really nice touch. But the food was excellent! if you love meat I would recommend this restaurant anytime you go to Niagara Falls
My wife and I decided to visit Brasa to celebrate our 37th anniversary. Overall we were pleased, but just want to mention a couple of things. (1) servers kept coming around but we never got a chance to taste any of the chicken. (2) we felt that perhaps a few more different vegetables would have complemented the meal, for example possibly some different types of squash. The overall experience was good, would we visit again, possibly with a group, just the 2 of us, I would seriously have to think about that.
We have been to this restaurant quite a few times since opening and we usually LOVE it. This time we noticed alot if the meat was rare at best... When we asked for something a little more well done...(mediumish) we were brought charred black yuck... No seasoning on the meat and the waiters/waitresses who were whisper fighting right behind me did not make it a positive memorable meal.
A first rate experience. While not cheap, it is an example of "you get what you pay for". The service was very good, the food excellent, with a great selection. The wine was good. The live music was appropriate and not over bearing. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to people looking for a special night out.
We loved this restaurant. The buffet was amazing and the meat was of the highest quality. So much to choose from! The servers were very friendly. My only critique was that the table for two we were sitting at felt much too close to the next table for two. We could hear their conversation and I'm sure they could hear ours. Thankfully we had a wall on the other side of our table. Otherwise a great choice the next time you are in Niagara Falls!
I have had dinner at Brasa multiple times and, while it is normally a great location to have a nice dining experience, I didn't feel the same this time. First, the "curb appeal" of the building premise is temporarily gone given the construction the building is currently undergoing. Secondly, as I came into the restaurant through the Murray and Fallsview Blvd corner, I realized the escalator to go upstairs did not work... normally, not a huge deal, except this time I had a baby stroller with me that I had to carry as there was no elevator to be seen. Thirdly, during dinner my wife realized there were some drops of oil/grease in my jacket from the gaucho's cutting... when I showed them, they didn't even apologize or try to make it right, and when we asked if they had any product to try to remove the stains, I got a simple "no, we don't".
Overall the food was still good but overall experience wasn't great. Not sure I am going back again.
Three years ago my boyfriend and I went to Brasa on one of our first dates. Fast forward 3 years and we went to celebrate our anniversary. To say that the food was amazing would be an understatement! Every cut of beef was perfection. The grilled pineapple was by far a stand out for both of us. The ambience of Brasa is casual yet sophisticated. There were people of all walks of life enjoying food. We enjoyed sampling wine and getting to know our server. It was a wonderful experience - highly recommend!
The buffet was good but a lot of cold options, not many hot. The pineapple was delicious and considering that was the most frequent rotation, we were glad it was so tasty. The rest of the meats were very sporadic and much of it was high fat meats or pork which we like to avoid. The beef options only passed twice during our visit, they were very good. The experience and ambiance were nice, but we won’t return quickly. For a guaranteed great cut of beef for roughly the same cost we’ll visit the Keg.
There was some items that have been taken from your menu since last time I was there. I found it disappointing. The fillet mignon with bacon was the most missed from the menu. I'm not sure that I'll be returning. I can go to another bazillion steak house and get the items there.
This was my 2nd visit to Brasa after my work company had our Christmas party there last year... food was so amazing ! So we came back for my birthday a month later and the food still was amazing ! So much meat !!! So good !!! And not to forget the pineapple is amazing !!!
Honestly I both loved and hated the service at this restaurant.
The reason why I hate it is because for my friend's celebration birthday dinner, we specifically reserved a table. We were 2 minutes late, and even called ahead letting them know we were having trouble parking but that we were definitely still coming. When we got there, we were told to wait as they were cleaning our table. Cleaning up a table for two, I thought, won't take longer than 10 minutes even on a busy Saturday night, so sure we can wait. We were given this puck thing that was supposed to buzz or beep or something when they had a table ready for us. We waited for an hour and a half. Finally, we had to go to them to tell them that we had been waiting, and the girls at the desk seemed like they didn't care that they made us wait a whole hour and a half! It was extremely ridiculous, because their answer was: "oh we've been calling you" but when she tried it in front of us, it worked then! There was no real apologies, she seemed like she didn't care and that infuriated my friend and I.
It did take a while before my friend and I were able to get over it, but because of the good food and the great employees that were bringing the meat to us, we finally had a good time there. A special thanks to one of the employees I believe the name was Caesar, for his enthusiastic sweet and delicious pineapple serving! I don't know the name of the others, but the other employees that were bringing the meats and pineapples were very attentive to us. They were friendly, thoughtful and considerate. The food was absolutely delicious, and I loved all the cuts of meat there and how you can even request certain meats to come back to your table.
I would only come back and give a better rating for service if I could be assured that they actually will honour a reservation made and seat us within the 10 minutes if their excuse is only "we have to clean your table".
