Very few people the night we were there. All of the food on the buffett cold. Salmon extremely strong in smell and flavour, couldn't eat it.
Beef Tenderloin was first meat offered and was pretty good. everything else overcooked or just poor.
Perhaps had more customers been in the restaurant there would have been a better turnover at the buffett and meat coming out, but for the price we paid this was not a good excuse.
Food and service was excellent
They were great with quick dining service and our kids loved it too!
Outstanding food, service and we never felt that we needed to rush out. Our server, Rachael was extremely friendly, courteous and insightful.
Amazing service by all employees not just our server. Food was amazing and they will bring you on request.
Very disappointed. Food wasn’t worth the ridiculous price
Family cake from Ecuador for the first time to see Niagara Falls
Brasa's great gauchos served up an absolutely delicious variety of grilled meats accompanied by a pretty good buffet.
Always great! We go every time we are in Niagara. However this time the meat was a little bland. Definitely needed more seasoning or salt.
Great service. We had to ask the waiter to remove the tourism fee from the bill which put a bit of a damper on the evening. It wasn’t his fault though and his manager accommodated our request.
The server was horrible. I had to ask three times for drinks. He was rude and very unprofessional. I love the food and will most definitely return again.
The time between food was great. More meat was coming before i got to finish the last serving. Server did not come around enough for drinks. Food was cooked too much compared to other similar places
Enjoyed the food was a little too loud but only because of a big group.
Arrived a little early for our reservation but was promptly seated. The table we were seated was in a back room that felt like a service hall. There was no decor and it just felt odd. Buffet was too crowded. All the different meats tasted very similar. Would rather just go to a restaurant and order a nice steak.
Had a amazing experience, food was delicious. Would definitely go again!
Delicious food! Meat was all served hot and the salad/appetizer bar was amazing! Will definitely be going back!
It was not worth the money. The food was only ok, the meat was too salty and the rice and vegetables were not salty enough. Very overpriced. Was advertised as 60.00 per person, and suddenly we had a 200.00 bill for 2 people eating. One glass of wine and 1 beer. There was a facility fee of 20.00 added??? Not going back.
Recently renovated but very sterile, like a cafeteria. Lighting like a hospital operating room. Food and service was excellent.
Booked a table of 8. Tax of 20% automatically added for a ‘group’ booking. Restaurant was good but not 320$ for 3 adults and 1 child with no booze. Meat over cooked. $100 in tax, niagara falls tax and tip bo really worth eating here. Try cobacabana in woodbridge.
Overpriced for what you get. Meats were generally overcooked for anybody who likes it prepared rare or medium rare and most were very salty in flavour. Dessert is not included
It was very nice and quite, not a very busy time which was fantastic. And our server who I cannot remember her name was absolutely amazing, engaged in great conversation and great service. Would definitely go back again!
We have been to Brasa previously. This time the meat wasn’t as tender and most cuts were on the rare side. My family prefers medium and it was a little disappointed with the doneness.
We had dinner here on Saturday night. The food was wonderful and the service was prompt. I have been to a Brazilian steak house in Brazil and this comes pretty close to the real deal. I would definitely recommend
Very much enjoyed the experience of dining at Brasa. If you’re a meat lover this is a good bet. Nice selection of sides at the buffet portion but most of it was cold. That’s what kept it from being a 5 star pick. I say go because the meal is good and it’s a fun experience.
For the meat lover, this place is a great treat. The service was terrific, the cuts of meat serviced hot and frequently. It was a busy Saturday night and yet we weren't rushed and took our time. The buffet was good with salmon and shrimp. It was a fun night and everyone was stuffed. Wish it wasn't so pricey so we could go more often.
Amazing all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse! Nice to go with friends, family or in a sate
Mostly seafood options, meat was small portions and quite salty, and not much Buffett options.. our server was very nice, other than that, wouldn’t recommend.
Our server was wonderful! Our house has made sure to bring well done meats to the table for us! This was our best visit yet, very flavourful cuts. Bar drinks were delicious! We’ll be back again & again!
Need lights around buffing area
Preferred the previous look .(it’s too modernized)
Few of Meat servants are aggressive.
Food was not tasty. I was at Brasa few times before renovation and i was hoping it will be better after renovation, but it was very bad . Will not go back again, not even mentioning it was overpriced. For 2 persons New Year Eve's paid $300 (with $27 tip total was $300) , but quality of food was terrible. As i said, will not go again, sorry, i am just honest.
Waaaaaaay to expensive for no good reason. Food is ok, nothing special .
Amazing food as usual but way over priced for New Year Eve. Seats were uncomfortable in the tiled area. Felt like we were segregated from the rest of the restaurant. Ambience isnt as warm as it was before the restaurant renovations.
Food and drinks were good but I don’t think it was worth the $351 bill for the two of us.
We ate their on New Year's Eve, I didn't base my review just on this visit but also the one before that as well. We got seated quickly which I appreciate because I had made a reservation. The waiter took a little bit to get to us but I understand given the fact that it is always so busy. Things that were missing, in the visits before we always had a side plate the last two visits there weren't any, and to rest my tongs and cultery on the table once I am done my plate is just not good, so please bring back the side plates. I ordered a bottle of white wine as usually, we got no ice bucket or chill sleeve, our wine glasses were warm like they just came out of the dishwasher and the WHITE wine was not even chilled but warm. Any other place I would let it slide but in NIAGARA where their wine etiquette should be top notch and before I had a chance to say anything my waiter poured the wine. New year's Eve was a little chaotic I get it, people now going the right way to line up to grab side dishes and butting in, but that was expected. Every table around us was given a glass of champagne and we didn't get any. As everyone else was being billed out they were given a new year's hat and necklace or tiara and we didn't get anything we were the ONLY table to not receive it, which not a big deal but we paid $99.95 each like everyone else and for what reason, nothing special was done for us like the visit before when it wasn't NYE. Above everything else I still tipped him 20% because after all it must suck working on NYE when everyone else is out partying! Unfortunately the last two visits were enough for my family and I not to return to Brasa.
My first experience here was great! The food was amazing and service was exceptional. Unfortunately my recent dining experience was awful. I made a reservation for a table. We were not seating till 15 mins after. Our table was in a corner away for everyone and was starring a at wall all through dinner. The staff serving meat did not even know we were seated there. And would pass by us constantly. I eventually had to start getting there attention on my own to serve us meat. Was not happy with the sides the were serving. Paid $300 for nothing. I hardly ate anything and did not enjoy ourselves at all. Dont think we will ever go back which is to bad because we absolutely loved Brasa. We were so excited about dining here for new years and we're let down.
We booked a reservation for NYE. We understand that it’s a big holiday but they jacked up the prices waaayy too high. It was $99.95 per person before tax. We didn’t get to try all of the meats and they were extremely salty. Not worth the price we paid. This is the second time we have been there and we were hoping it was less salty this time but it was not. Overall not that great of a restaurant and the buffet options weren’t anything to write home about.
All of the servers were in a terrible mood! We were understanding because it was new years eve, but it should not matter.
The service in-adequate for the price that we payed for the evening.
To top it all off, there was a Local Tax fee. We were born and raised, but never asked before this was added to the bill.
Overall it was a disappointment. Will not be going here again as there are other Brazilian Steakhouses. These others will have MUCH higher level of service on any night.
Please note: This review will be posted on the restaurants social media pages.
With no drinks appetizers or dessert, the bill for 2 people was $250.00 plus tip. The meat was fatty and generally seemed of poor quality. There was nothin unique on the buffet table which could have justified the inflated price. Part of the restaurant appears to be built and designed as a restaurant, however, the section I was I. Was designed to be a hallway in the hotel. Harsh fluorescent light tubes hung a few feet above my head. I won’t return
Servers were great, selecton was not up to par. Seafood bar.....not really, only a couple of dishes to pick from. Wine was good, beer was skunky (Mill St Organic) Was not impressed this time, wont be back for along time.
It’s an experience worth living and very good food 👏🏻👏🏻
