Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

    The atmosphere was very lively, service was excellent, and we really enjoyed most of the meats (Prime Rib and Top Sirloin were drool worthy). The pineapple was to die for. We would have enjoyed our experience more if someone wasn't getting sick into a garbage can in the dining room a few tables away. Hard to enjoy parmesan steak when someone is actively puking feet away. That wasn't the restaurant's fault but it was a real mood killer when you're out to a nice dinner.

    Excellent food and great selection of meats and salad bar items. Service was exceptional. If you sit near the music/entertainment it's loud, but we were at the back by the window and it was enjoyable.

    The buffet had a wide variety of items. They was a constant flow of meat being offered at the table. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. The restaurant is well situated across the street from the Casino. Would go back.

    Out experience was great. It was a date night for my husband and I. The food was great and service was really good too. All the staff and gauchos were super friendly. Would definitely recommend and come again.
