Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint! We loved all of the amazing protein options, as well as the amazing pineapple! The service was the best we’ve ever experienced in fine dining. We highly recommend Brasa and guarantee that we will be back.

My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner. The staff was wonderful. The food was outstanding and extra delicious. It was a beautiful night and the staff helped make it that way. Worth every penny and the wait to cross the border. I cannot wait to go again. We left almost a 50% tip so that should tell you how good it is. Would definitely recommend for any occasion.

My spouse surprised me with a trip to Canada for my 60th birthday which included dinner at Brasa. It was everything I had anticipated. Delicious meats, plenty of choices at the buffet and yes, we splurged on an expensive bottle of wine. If you've wanted to try a Brazilian steakhouse, this one will not disappoint.

Food tastes average, great flavour for seasoning and freshness, but quality is average to below average quality meat. I would have rather went to a nice steakhouse and get premium Steak instead. The barbecue chicken was very fatty and greasy, I had to change plates. We arrived at opening time on Sunday, 5:00 pm. Despite that there’s No entertainment program, there were also No Brazilian modules (which I was expecting to see for pictures and the experience). We are there for experience. On the bill there will be additional DMC Daily Mandatory Charge("DMC")=11.49%, this is extra fees (luxury charges by the company) it’s not tax’s. You will also pay the 13% HST. While The busstaff, and servers looked busy, it was actually not as crowded. Just lots walking around for small in-out plates with poor Eye contact. Our waiter was nice and friendly. Overall Recommendation: if it’s not a program entertainment night save ur money. For party of 2 total bill $$$ 152.00+ (only meals, No drinks).
