Brando's was founded on the premise of great food made from quality ingredients, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere which we believe are the three elements of any enjoyable dining experience.

The chef/owner, Steven Botta, grew up in Brooklyn and learned many of recipes used at Brando's from his mother. Raised in this welcoming tradition, he believes when you enter Brando's, whether its your first time or your one hundredth time, you should always feel like they are dining with family.

Soulful Italian is the best way to describe our menu. Our culinary team has been trained at the finest culinary schools, and has over fifty years of combined experience. From our fresh pasta, to our line-caught fish, to our thirty-five day dry-aged steaks, the difference is discernible

Brando's is by far my favorite restaurant. It may be a bit pricey but it is worth every penny! You won't find better food anywhere. Exceptional service and the best atmosphere!

Overall this was very good. We were out with a couple and had an enjoyable time. Food was good, except for one issue, and we also had drinks from the bar which were good. My wife’s dish did not come out good at all. She had he pasta al for no in the foil wrapper and it came out completely mushy. We did notify the waiter and he was polite and asked if he could bring anything else but I much time had passed so my wife just let it go. We were a bit surprised that we were charged for the dish as well (after speaking to what seemed to be the manager who was going from table to table to check in). We also had a really good dessert which we shared. We would come back even after what we felt was a missed opportunity on the service side. Overall this seems like a solid place that we would certainly become regulars at.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. They did a great job in preparing our table for this celebration! Our Server, Dylan, did a great job. Best of all is he had a excellent sense of humor. The evening was first class from start to finish. I enjoyed the Berkshire Pork Chop. My wife loved the Halibit. Our guest a pasta dish and a chicken dish and both were very good. Desserts were first rate. My last comment is that the pork chop was cooked perfectly. One of the best chops I ever consumed. This is a fun and romatic restaurant. Nice combination.

Since the moment we walked into Brando’s we were greeted with a warm welcome by the hostess. We mentioned we had a reservation and they immediately seated us. The helpers immediately poured us water and brought us bread. The waiter then introduced himself and mentioned all the specials and took out drink orders. My wife had the Chicken Francaise that had such a wonderful taste especially with an amazing risotto ball to pair with it. I had the Seafood Fra Diavolo that had an amazing taste and the seafood that it contained was absolutely amazing. The whole dish had a great flavor to it that even though I got full I still wanted more. After our entrees we decided to look at the dessert menu and the Italian Cheesecake for two is what caught our eyes. It’s not your usual cheesecake that’s typically made with cream cheese this one had a ricotta filling that was too die for. Overall I would recommend Brando’s to anyone that wants a special place for that special occasion. My wife and I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

We went for Valentine's Day when you typically can not adjust from the menu. We were able to substitute veal instead of chicken without any problem.
Abraham was a terrific waiter. Can't wait to go back
