So delicious & an easy atmosphere!
I can't describe how delicious the food is here! Salmon, lamb, rabbit - didn't go wrong EVER, order the Tomato soup and the Med Salad each if 2 persons and share - delectable - Pumpkin cheese cake, apple crisp cake YUMMM! So many savory and sweet flavors in every bite that you will go back again and again as I have!
The quality of the food is outstanding and the service and setting was wonderful. We are both endurance athletes, so the quantity of food wasn't enough for us, but we may be the outliers. It was a wonderful time and food was superb!
Gr8 place to eat ! Good cocktails and wines
I will be back!
Great food from the Black Cat Farm. Fixed price 3 course menu.
We love farm to table experiences and this was no disappointment. The food was amazing, the service impeccable. The restaurant itself seems to have a bit of an identity crisis-the EDM music was so loud that all the guests were having to yell. Not the ambiance we wanted for a romantic anniversary dinner.
Food and ambience were excellent for a business dinner. Service was a bit slow
This restaurant has become one of our favorites after our first visit. Extremely charming restaurant and staff. Our waiter David is friendly and helpful. The food was amazing.
Hidden gem! Excellent experiences.
Such an adorable restaurant with amazing food and cocktails and super kind/helpful servers.
Bramble & Hare is Black Cat's (slightly) downscale cousin. Like Black Cat, B&H emphasizes Black Cat Farm produce, pork, lamb and prosciutto. The menu changes with the seasons, which means
On our last visit, we had the three course dinner. The tomato soup was outstanding (even the croutons!), the lamb & veggies/mushrooms were delicious (always get their lamb) and the flourless chocolate torte was top notch as well.
Had never been there, was visiting from out of town for work. The server was very helpful in recommending various dishes. The food was outstanding. The wine was very nice also. Great atmosphere, quiet, intimate. Would highly recommend going there.
Excellent in every way. The food was creative and delicious. The service was top notch. And the ambience was cozy and comfortable.
Absolutely love this restaurant! Delicious cocktails, good/high quality food, and lovely servers. Highly recommend!
Excellent quality and fun environment. Fresh food and delicious dishes.
Enjoyed the staff, food and ambience
Definitely will visit again
Great food and great service. Just ignore the price and enjoy!
Loved it sooo much can’t wait to come back as soon as possible
Small but widely varied menu. We were a party of 3. Each of us chose a different appetizer. All were delicious. Had the pork and lamb entrees. They were wonderful. The pumpkin cheese cake, was delightful. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions. Best value is the 3 course meal, expensive, but worth it. Definitely recommend Bramble and Hare.
We had a phenomenal time at Brmable and Hare. Our server Mike was absolutely amazing! Must visit.
First time to Bramble and Hare. It was a memorable night. The place is a lovely little bistro. Nothing like it in Boulder. Atmosphere surrounds you. Our server was top notch, friendly in a classy way no happy talk but a lot of fun. My 3 courses included The squash blossoms with prosciutto and goat cheese, lamb with 5 vegetables including a charred spinach that was heavenly and flourless chocolate cake. My friend had an apple torte and it was amazing. There were four of us and nothing but raves on all dishes. This was a wonderful dining experience. Definitely going back.
Each course was perfectly prepared and thoughtfully constructed. I cannot recommend their lamb and pork more emphatically—I think they must raise and prepare them with love to make them taste that amazing. Even the desserts were spot on, and the wine selection pairs wonderfully with their menu. Finally, the service made us feel welcome and well taken care of on my wife’s birthday.
Love the ambiance, staff and food was delicious. A great place to celebrate our anniversary.
A wonderful meal. Started with craft cocktails, then we did the pre fixe menu, choosing different the BFF a to share. Except the beet salad. I was told it was amazing, but I skipped that and indulged in pork belly. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The salmon and apple cake were stand outs. Server was attentive and friendly. Definitely a place to check out.
I liked the very fresh vegetables with interesting sauces. Unique flavors.
Excellent service and food was fantastic
Amazing fresh food and a perfect setting for a romantic dinner for two where you can actually hear yourself! The staff was amazing and the bartender even made us a pisco sour to perfection! Good was finger licking delicious and we followed our waiters recommendations to great success! We will be back!
We had a very friendly server and great food. The squash blossoms and pork belly were great. Pork main dish was rich and tasty, but the lamb dish fell a little flat. We LOVE Black Cat, and this experience felt like a nice, lower key experience. I would go back.
The food was awful—the meat over cooked and under seasoned and the desserts were boring. My almond cake came with a peach compote (which was really just canned peaches) on top. Don’t waste your money.
Wonderful food, great service. My husband and I came here as the first fancier restaurant since moving to Boulder, and they did not disappoint. They even gave us each a small taster of an amaro as an aperitif, which was delightful.
Love the atmosphere and the quality of the food was excellent, would have liked to have a few additional options in the starter and main course areas but what we had was super tasty!
It was a family birthday dinner for 6 and we had a very good time. The entrees were excellent as were the wines. We had the salmon (2), lamb shanks (2) and vegetable plate. All were delicious. Only criticism was the carrot ginger soup was too creamy and the temperature was too cold. But the desserts were great.
Fantastic menu and wonderful staff! Great for date or family dinner.
We loved our evening at Bramble and Hare. The waiter was very attentive, the cocktails were delicious and creative and the food presentation was excellent. We loved the ambiance of the place, a very quaint and comfortable speak-easy type vibe. We both had the lamb shank. My husband loved his, but I thought it could have been a bit more flavorful. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!
So happy they reopened after Covid shut down. One of our favorite spots for special occasions. Never disappoints.
Boulder is a town with a lot of great places to eat, but Bramble and Hair stands out from the rest and rises above. Once the more relaxed kid brother of the amazing Black Cat next door, it now stands alone as an amazing dining experience on its own. Every experience we've ever had here has been a memorable one and leaves us longing for more. Incredible food, always great staff, and amazing drinks as well. Do yourself a favor and check this place out
It's great having fresh farm to table food but the creativity and flavors were amazing. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic food in a cool setting. prix fixe menus.
Best meal in a long time. Service was excellent and very accommodating to personal preferences and food allergies. I'll go back again very soon.
