We were here for Christmas Eve dinner and the staff went all out to take wonderful care of us. Really a terrific meal and for a group this size it could not have been better- multiple servers brought our food to the table so that everyone was served at one time; the staff made wonderful suggestions and knew everything about each dish, as well as being friendly and very welcoming. Everything we had was delicious, and several of our party agreed that the staff were the best they had ever encountered. Great job!!!

Great service by Joanne. Appetizers: Fried green tomatoes- really good Onion fritters- really good with delicious dipping sauces Shrimp cocktail - really delicious shrimp but maybe undersized Coconut shrimp- - good Flatbread- not really flatbread and very soggy Soup and salad Onion soup was yummy but very salty Pear salad was amazing Meatloaf was just ok. Overcooked a bit. Drinks- lemon drop martini was just ok; pistachio martini was yummy. Wanted expresso martini but they don’t use real expresso so I passed. Overall, I would say it is a mid-class dinner with great service.

This was our first visit to the Braized Onion. The experience was perfect! The service was friendly and professional, the food was delicious, and the value on point. I had the meatloaf, which was unique and delicious. A friend joining me had the fish and chips, which was also delicious. The coconut cream pie was unlike any I’ve ever tasted!

Everything was fine. Basic. The shrimp and grits were very good. Lobster risotto not so much. Wine list sub par, but cocktails were good. Good service.

Our dinner experience was amazing. From the appetizers to the mains to the desserts, it was delicious. There were 8 in our group. Our waitress was excellent. She took extra care to make sure that we were well taken care of all night. The Braised Onion is 100% recommended.

The staff and the Manager make you feel welcomed and inviting. The Coconut Creme Pie is excellent. Brought a tear to my eye....was my father's favorite pie and when I took that first bite....OMG!! Excellent. Home made!

Our lunch was delightful. It was a warm and friendly environment with excellent food. We would recommend the French Onion Soup and the Flat Bread.

Had a reservation for 4:30pm, arrived 15 minutes early. Was told our server wasn't there yet, pleas be patient and we'd be seated soon. Was seated before reservation, but after a 5pm reservation who had the same waiter. Waiter was fantastic, attentive but not overly so. Kept table cleared between appetizers and dinner. Food was awesome. Best lobster Mac and cheese my wife ever had, lots of lobster tail and claw meat. I had braised short rib stroganoff. Lots of rib meat, great flavor. Will definitely go back

First for dinner 4:00. Waiter, bartender, was on spot. Our meals were delicious. Delmonico steak and the eggplant rollatini. We have eaten there several times in past years. We will be back.
