Bourbon Street Steakhouse & Grill Ratings and Reviews
I have mixed reviews on this place. I think the prices were high and having it stuck in the corner behind glass walls in the casino was odd. Our server was very nice but not experienced in timeline of serving the appetizers, salad and meal. I ordered the stew and it was barely warm to touch and pretty spicy. The appetizer of steak kabob was very dry and not even warm. Both served at the same time as salad. Then she was ready to serve hubby dessert while I was still eating dinner! I would return just for the filet steak and not order anything else. Hubby enjoyed his steak also.
Always enjoy the food the service the ambiance They really care about your experience here and with reservations I have not had a wait for a table. They have entertainment occasionally and it has always been pleasant-- not intrusive at all. I highly recommend this steakhouse
First time in Arkansas (just over the state line from Memphis) and the experience couldn't have been better. The gumbo is the best I've had and I've been to New Orleans many times and to Emeril's restaurants around the country. The portions were huge and the prices were very reasonable. The service was first class and Kim, the F&B manager treated us like royalty. Don't miss this opportunity if you're in the Memphis area.
Father's Day- 3 steaks all over cooked. The creamed spinach is some kind of cream with a bit of green in it.
Price is too high and casino comps are too low.
Most visits have been excellent, with the exception of Sunday dining. Seems different cooks but price is not decreased to compensate for inferior cook.
Service is always wonderful and polite even when busy.
Margerett (name may be off) was extremely apologetic and detailed with her service.
We have eaten here several times. This was the first time we were not offered dessert. I did not think about it until we had already left. It was my birthday and I had planned to get a slice of the wonderful carrot cake to go. Other than that, no complaints. The food is always to die for!!
WE HAVE EATEN AT BOURBON STREET STEAKHOUSE ON OTHER OCCASIONS, BUT THIS PAST SUNDAY WAS THE BEST! FROM THE AWESOME WAITRESS, TO THE NICE ATMOSPHERE AND THEN THE BEST FOOD! WE ARE STILL TALKING ABOUT IT! THANK YOU BOURBON STREET STEAKHOUSE FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
My wife and I have made it a standing date to have dinner at this restaurant whenever Danny Green is playing. His music is what brings us out ( as well as the excellent dining experience). It is the perfect compliment for the type of dining experience you seem to be shooting for. The staff is excellent! We had a wonderful waiter named Monty who provided excellent service!
My husband and I have been dining here since the restaurant opened. We love the food and enjoy bringing out of town guests here on occasion (we know they won't be disappointed). We always love seeing Kim, who is (and has been for years) a fabulous hostess. This is the best restaurant in WM.
The food and service were great, but it smelled like someone was smoking in the restaurant. Also someone watching the greyhounds race was cussing at the top of his lungs. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she said it was common.
My guest and l dined here celebrating his birthday. The food was great, from the appetizer to the entree. Our waiters made us feel very comfortable, very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. This was my third visit and his first, he definitely wants to dine here again.
Our experience was just not good. Steaks were tough and under cooked. We should have sent them back. Not at all worth the $140 ticket for 2 people. Sides and baked potato were great. Service was slow for the restaurant only being 1/4 full.
