Where do I start?! First we valet the car and while waiting 20 minutes for our reservation; our car was parked in front of the restaurant with a scratch on it. Valet denied doing it and there was an obvious similar scratch on the car in front. It was done while he parallel parked the car. The owner of the valet company had to be called and the other car was actually one of the restaurant owner’s car. This incident interrupted us throughout our time there. Which was not getting any better!
We finally got seated about 30 minutes after our reservation time. The waiter messed up so many times it was unbelievable. He forgot one order. Then forgot part of an order. And I was still waiting for mine to come out. He came out yet again to tell me they messed up my eggs Benedict by making my eggs scrambled!!! And we’re now making my poached eggs. It finally came and instead of the home fries it was supposed to have it had tater tots because they ran out of Home fries!! I was never asked what I wanted!
And lastly they never brought out our leftovers and we didn’t realize until we drove away!
Very very frustrating experience! We won’t be returning...

The food is really good here the cajan dishes are spicy and hot. the skirt steak is probably one of the best meals, humongous portion .I have to complain this particular time it took an hour for everyone's food to come there were two parties in the restaurant might have had something to do with it make sure you have a reservation on a Saturday

It place was okay. I wish the weather was warmer so that we could have enjoyed the rooftop. Drinks and food was average. Despite the average rating, I do plan to go back and enjoy the rooftop.

All the foods we ordered was great and you get good portion which was a plus. The staffs was very friendly and helpful with the menu items and the wine list. I must say this was my 4th time going there and evertime has been the same GREAT. The owner Peter is so personable he makes you feel like family. Our waitress Eleanor was wonderful she even took my granddaughter around the restaurant for a tour.
It was the best experience I've had. I would definitely recommend Bourbon Street to everyone 😀

We had a reservation. They gave us a high top table for six and told us we should have specified a regular table when we made the reservation even though that was not an option on Open Table.

The food was excellent! I wish and wish that some of the items on the mardi gras menu were included in the regular menu. The drinks were delicious! The music was good and the place was lively. I coconut cake was too dry. The appetizers and entrees were excellent! The service is a bit slow, which is something that I have experienced in the past too.

I would have rated the food a 5 but the chicken tender appetizer was very dry. Also, I am not crazy about sitting at high tables with bar style chairs.

My reservation was for 7pm and we came on time. It took about 30 minutes before we got seated because our table was not ready yet. It was a very cold evening and we were freezing while waiting. The food was not that good for the price. On the positive side, the service was good.

I'd been to Bourbon street a few times before and enjoyed it, but always thought it was a little pricey. Regardless, we took my cousin there for her birthday and did not have a good experience. My catfish Po'Boy sandwich was tasteless and mushy so I sent it back and order the BooCoo balls appetizer instead, which are usually amazing. This time they were frozen in the center. I sent those back and the manager apologized but I was a little surprised she didn't offer to comp a round of drinks or anything like that. At that point, everyone was finished with their meals and I did not want to order a third meal, so we left. Needless to say, we wont be going back.

Everything was great. I went there to celebrate my birthday and I loved it. Food is a little pricey. I ordered a burger and my friend ordered a steak. Both items came out basically a little rare. Would have preferred for the meat to be cooked a little longer. The mac and cheese is amazing! Would absolutely have that again.

I enjoyed the brunch food. I had French toast and bacon which was cooked very well. Drinks also were pretty good. I loved the ambience. I love the southern feel. Service was pretty slow. It was very hard getting a server (there wasn't even that many people). Definitely will come back. Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Everything was excellent. My friends and I each enjoyed what we ordered. I had the marinated skirt steak was was flavorful and tender. My friend loved her shrimp Po Boy and my other friend greatly enjoyed the Cowboy shrimp. The portion sizes were huge and we all had leftovers to take home. Even the "bread basket" had good treats in it. I highly recommend this restaurant.
