About

Bourbon Steak in Westin ST Francis is a re-imagined American steakhouse. The experience you'll get in this restaurant is a combination of upscale dining with a unique spin on classic American cuisine. Chef Michael Mina is the brain behind the establishment. He is known for creating classy restaurants around the country with intriguing and tasty dishes for you to try.

On the Bourbon Steak menu, you'll find a range of fantastic steak dishes made from juicy cuts of dry-aged beef, seafood fresh from the bay and vegetables grown in the nearby farms. You'll also run into unique dishes that make this restaurant a bit more interesting, such as the truffle macaroni and cheese and the Maine lobster pot pie. Enjoy a glass of fine wine or a cold beer with your meal. Every Friday you can get a bottle of wine at half price from Bourbon Steak.

we were in town for a week and we had the best dinner there. It was my dad's birthday and they did everything possible to have the best dinner. We had a great time and delicious wine and dinner.

Service was outstanding. Food is good but seemed over hyped. Tuna Tartare appetizer was spectacular... Too bad our main dishes did not live up to expectations.

We went to dinner at 7:15. From the beginning the service was slow. It took an excessive amount of time to get our courses. My friend's salad course, after our appetizers, came so late we sent it back. We asked to speak to the manager. One of them came out and all they did was say they were very sorry, but didn't offer any kind of explanation or offset. On a positive note the wine bottle we had was very good and the sommelier was helpful. I wouldn't go back.

The food is expensive, but worth the price. I absolutely loved the lobster pot pie. They were not able to do the bourbon flight while we were there, so we were a little bummed. The drinks and desserts were great.

We enjoyed our recent dining experience at Bourbon Steak. The food was well prepared, the staff friendly and the food delicious. We would dine here again and recommend to others.

I brought a friend here as part of her birthday Dinner-and-a-Show night and it could not have been better. The food was so good that we joked about ordering three more things just to taste. The service was nice and I especially enjoyed the beet salad. We were able to leave the car for a nominal fee and taxi to the show which was wonderful. After the show, we came back and had dessert (we ordered three and together ate every bite of all of them) and a nightcap at the bar before heading home.

They took great care to make our romantic evening great, for some reason my card was rejected which was quite embarrassing--especially considering it worked after we left. The price is high. Dessert wasn't too spectacular even though they have a 'treat trolley'. It will be hard to compete with other great steak houses walking distance from this location.
