Located in the famous JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami is Michael Mina's modern twist on the classic, American steakhouse. One of South Florida's favorite steakhouses, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami offers contemporary American fare with a focus on prime cuts of all natural, organic and hormone-free beef and the freshest seafood available from around the world.

As a friendly reminder to our guest, we offer a discounted rate for valet parking at $16 per vehicle. You will be validated once you check in for your reservation at the restaurant.

Please note: Grace period of 15 minutes for each reservation. Reservations of 6 or more will require a credit card hold. In the case of no show or cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation you will be charge $15 per guest as a no show/cancellation fee. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!

                                                                                                            We really enjoyed our meal here. The food is delicious and the service is really special. It is expensive but they don’t pressure you to but things you will be too full to eat and they are willing to split salads. Wine list is great. I’m not a big dessert eater but I will say in this case try to save room!

The food was cooked to perfection and the staff was very attentive! My husband and I were greeted with a “best wishes” card since it was the last night of our honeymoon, and the chef sent over a delicious dessert to celebrate as well! We will definitely be back next time we are in Miami! We come here always for birthdays especially and it’s amazing every single time. Restaurant is beautiful, food is incredible. Mike is the absolute best, the entire staff makes the experience unforgettable, and so personable. Thank you all so much! Will highly recommend this restaurant always!
