The off the menu Tomahawk steak came to the table not warm enough and it got cold very fast, the quality of the meat didn’t seem to be the quality we were expecting considering the $150 cost. The off the menu pan seared foi gras needed a little more time on the pan because it came too raw in the middle. The server wasn’t very attentive and the restaurant was attending full capacity without maintaining any social distance between the tables. The best thing was the desserts and the irish coffee they let us make with a scotch of our selection.

The birthday girl n I had a fantastic dinner full of details on a friday night.

Seafood tower was a great starter with lobster, crab, shrimp, crab salad, oysters, n four different sauces.
Tuna tartare was a great extension to our appetizers.
For main course we had signature glazed sea bass which was simply fantastic. Cauliflower n chefs risotto were our side dishes.
The birthday girl had a tropical key line to blow the candle!!!

Food was outstanding and service was friendly and good. Our table server really knew the product well!
Noise was a bit much because there were so many kids in the restaurant. A bit surprised that children under 16 were allowed to roam in the bar area. It was distracting and did not help with ambiance.

Spectacular. The triple fries instead of bread was novel and delicious. Never had better salmon and my girlfriend’s sea bass was also amazing. Unfortunately no room for the chocolate cake but finally a cappuccino that was hot to the last drop. Will be returning shortly.

Mediocre. Certainly not the best steak, not even close. Ambience is nice. Getting in an out is a pain because it's inside a hotel.

Service and food was outstanding. Music was gradually louder as evening progressed, but tolerable. I feel that allowing shorts and t-shirts take away from the experience.

Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic time at bourbon. The service was excellent, they went above and beyond to give us exceptional service. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny,, We ended up spending $346, I can promise you it was worth every cent. Our waiter Donnie, was the best waiter we've come in contact with, we eat out a lot and he topped every fine dining experience we've had so far. I hope he gets celebrated for his dedication. He recommended wonderful alternatives and was so patient, kind, and genuine. The entire staff, including the hostesses were on point. The food is high quality, and worth the price, the servicing was far from skimpy. Words can not describe how much we enjoyed ourselves. Amazing food, amazing people, classy and gorgeous decor. We're definitely planning to return.

Bought a $300 bottle and the Sommelier didn't even decant it or ask if we wanted it decanted. Sommelier never checked back with us either, even after we gave him a $50 tip!!!! We were stupid to do that. Waiter has no knowledge of menu. Waited 30 minutes after we were seated before anyone ever checked in on us. highly recommend DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! Poor service

This place has it all going on! Great food, outstanding wine menu, great professional but friendly service...I have no complaints. So you will know, it is somewhat noisy, but you get use to it pretty quickly. I really can not say enough good stuff about this place! Rich menu, but the food is outstanding and they treat you special, so it is worth it!

5 star all around. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess to the smiles we got walking out. The service was suburb and the food was delicious. The GM Anibal, the Chef Gabriel and the server Arturo (and all the other wait staff as well) were top notch with service and hospitality. Perfect combination of timing and attentiveness. We’ve been to another Bourbon in another location and this location NAILED it! You can tell the staff works together as a team and they are happy to be there. Great with kids as well :-) food came out exactly as ordered, the Cowboy Ribeye melted in your mouth. Everyone was knowledgeable about gluten and there were several options available to eat. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and memories created last night.

I was expecting better. Meat was good but nothing out of this world. Steak was kind of plain.

Whoever was working the bar, the bartender was on point. The drinks were extremely good. Unfortunately, the service was lack luster and the food was over priced. Nothing wrong with the meal, the quality just isn’t aligned with the pricing. The sides are also underwhelming.

Phenomenal food. Service was a little off. Server was great, however other tables were attended to before ours. It would have made a huge difference if we didn’t have to wait 10-15 minutes for the initial drink order.

With that said, everything after that point was perfect. Great service after initial drinks, incredible food and atmosphere.
